★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato impianto fotovoltaico da 4 KW. Da subito appena attivato ho avuto problemi con l'inverter. Prima del pagamento del saldo tutti disponibili "cambiamo l'inverter in garanzia" "interveniamo noi".... pagato il saldo (su sollecito del commerciale che mi ha chiamato) il problema è diventato delle linee Enel e dei cavi "troppo piccoli".
Spero sia stato solo un malinteso e che sia capitato solo a me. Ma questa è la mia esperienza.
07/08/2014: Ressolar è intervenuta 4 volte per cercare di risolvere il problema e con il cambio dell'inverter il problema indicato precedentemente si è risolto. Alla fine ho il mio impianto fotovoltaico perfettamente funzionante.
Purchased 4 KW photovoltaic system. Immediately activated, I had problems with the inverter. Before the payment of the balance all available "we change the inverter under warranty" "we intervene" .... paid the balance (at the request of the salesman who called me) the problem has become of the Enel lines and "too small" cables .
I hope it was just a misunderstanding and that it only happened to me. But this is my experience.
08/07/2014: Ressolar has intervened 4 times to try to solve the problem and with the change of the inverter the problem indicated above has been solved. In the end I have my photovoltaic system working perfectly.

Purchased 4.5 kw plant with 10kw storage per home, very professional and precise installation. Not so precise in handling practices. However recommended for quality / price.

Hanno seguito studio, realizzazione e pratiche burocratiche. Molto soddisfatto dell’operato dei tecnici. Hanno gestito al meglio anche le lungaggini del gestore e le discutibili normative in vigore. Sono pienamente soddisfatto.
I had a 6 kw photovoltaic system built with 13.2 kW storage. Good value for money, precise and professional. They followed study, implementation and paperwork. Very satisfied with the work of the technicians. They also managed the sluggishness of the manager and the questionable regulations in force. I am fully satisfied.
