Qualità prezzo ottimi. Ritornerò sicuramente Beautiful b & b located on the outskirts of Parma. Convenient cob Public services. Very clean and tidy ... At the reception all very friendly. Il raffrescamento delle stanze è molto efficiente e l'umidità dell'aria è tenuta bassa dall'impianto. Camera ampia con una bella vista sul parco. Presente tutto il materiale normale per l'igiene personale. Pulizia ottima e perfetto isolamento dai rumori. Non c'è il bar ma i distributori automatici hanno una buona scelta e prezzi decenti. Vicino alla struttura HPF ci si arriva in macchina in 5 minuti e a piedi in trenta. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono delle biciclette a richiesta. Unica insignificante nota negativa la sintonia della TV, ma non importa. Prezzi buoni, 35 euro a testa a notte. The place is very welcoming, the staff is very helpful and kind. The cooling of the rooms is very efficient and the humidity of the air is kept low by the system. Large room with a nice view of the park. Present all the normal material for personal hygiene. Cleaning good and perfect insulation from noise. There is no bar but vending machines have a good selection and decent prices. Close to the HPF facility you can get there by car in 5 minutes and on foot in thirty. At guests' disposal there are bicycles on request. The only insignificant negative note is the TV tuning, but it doesn't matter. Good prices, 35 euros each per night.

Очень приятные люди там работают. Рекомендую A very beautiful secluded place. Arrived without an appointment immediately from the station. Even though it was evening. I was greeted and kindly shown free rooms. Very nice people work there. Recommend

Soluzione a piano terra con piccolo giardino e possibilità di accesso per gli animali. Excellent location in the south of the city, near the mountain district. Well-kept studio apartment equipped with a foldaway kitchen. Ground floor solution with small garden and access for animals.

Consigliato per una vacanza riservata. Torneremo sicuramente. Beautiful 2 night stay in a studio with partner. Large and very clean room equipped with all comforts. Large private outdoor parking. Recommended for a private holiday. We will definitely be back.

Stanza bella ma con bagno ceco e maleodorante, tv quasi del tutto non funzionanti , nel frigorifero neanche una bottiglia d'acqua e se usi la cucina dovrai ripulire tutto... dettagli che con un prezzo decisamente alto fanno la differenza. Ovviamente senza colazione. Solo business senza amore.. Terrible bumps in the parking lot. Nice room but with a Czech and smelly bathroom, TVs almost completely not working, not even a bottle of water in the refrigerator and if you use the kitchen you will have to clean everything ... details that with a very high price make the difference. Obviously without breakfast. Only business without love ..
