M	Monica Papini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato con Smartbox ( 2 notti con colazione ed una cena) ed ho aggiunto un pernottamento ed una cena. La mia valutazione buona per la parte con la Smartbox, per il soggiorno aggiunto è media per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Una cucina casalinga normale. Forse le tante recensioni esaltanti la cucina dell'albergo mi hanno caricato di altre aspettative. Personale e proprietario molto gentili, consigliato a famiglie. I stayed with Smartbox (2 nights with breakfast and a dinner) and I added an overnight stay and a dinner. My good rating for the part with the Smartbox, for the added stay is average for the value for money. A normal home cooking. Perhaps the many exciting reviews of the hotel kitchen have loaded me with other expectations. Very friendly staff and owner, recommended for families.

Per quanto riguarda la cucina devo dire che il menù è vario e buono, vorrei dire però che il pesce che cucinano è buono ma non è alla livornese come scrivono sul menù. In sala da pranzo la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare, ma la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è che sul mio tavolo con il contrassegno della camera facevano fare colazione anche ad altre persone senza poi mai cambiare la tovaglia. Nice hotel, competent and helpful staff. As for the kitchen, I must say that the menu is varied and good, but I would like to say that the fish they cook is good but it is not like Leghorn as they write on the menu. In the dining room the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, but the thing that bothered me most is that on my table with the room markers they also made other people have breakfast without ever changing the tablecloth.

Non è una recensione standard la mia visto che vi sono stato per motivi di salute. Posso solamente dire che è un albergo semplice, ottimo come "punto di appoggio" se lo si usa per vivere la città I spent my covid stay in this facility. "Dated" hotel, small but welcoming rooms. My review is not a standard one since I have been there for health reasons. I can only say that it is a simple hotel, excellent as a "base" if you use it to experience the city

L'accoglienza è estremamente gentile, la receptionist è sorridente e ci fornisce, oltre che alle chiavi della stanza, anche moltissime informazioni su cosa vedere a Salsomaggiore e dintorni. La struttura è un po' datata, forse qualche miglioria andrebbe apportata ma è tutto pulito, in ordine ed accogliente. La colazione è abbondante e i prodotti tutti di ottima qualità. Direi che è stata davvero un'esperienza positiva. Grazie a tutti. We stayed in this hotel thanks to a Smartbox gift box. The welcome is extremely kind, the receptionist is smiling and provides us, in addition to the room keys, also a lot of information on what to see in Salsomaggiore and its surroundings. The structure is a bit dated, perhaps some improvements should be made but everything is clean, tidy and welcoming. The breakfast is abundant and the products are all of excellent quality. I would say it was a really positive experience. Thank you all.

Rooms are nice and comfortable and the owners very friendly. Only down side (but not a big deal) they should mind a bit more the cleanliness of the tables during breakfast as few of them were a bit dirty.
