Noisy because of the tram, but as a compensation it is walking distance from everything. Not luxurious, but clean, air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen. Value for money good choice!

Ottima la posizione davanti ai Navigli e con i servizi a portata di mano. Personale gentilissimo specialmente Gianluca il titolare. Ci torneremo senz'altro. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Clean, warm and very welcoming apartment. We immediately felt at home. The kitchenette is nice. Bathroom with a comfortable shower. A small balcony. Excellent location in front of the canals and with services at hand. Very kind staff especially Gianluca the owner. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.
