Pilates Zone si trova nel cuore della Milano del Design, in uno spazio luminoso e ordinato che già di per sé aiuta a distendere le tensioni e a ricentrarsi mentalmente. Le istruttrici sono altamente qualificate e molto professionali dall'inizio al termine della sessione. Sono molto soddisfatta di questo primo approccio al pilates.
A wonderful first private lesson!
Pilates Zone is located in the heart of the Milan of Design, in a bright and orderly space that in itself helps to relax tensions and mentally re-center. The instructors are highly qualified and very professional from the beginning to the end of the session. I am very satisfied with this first approach to pilates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gira la voce che il Pilates non fa sudare, NON E’ASSOLUTAMENTE VERO, ormai sono diventata una veterana dello studio Pilate Zone, e stato amore a prima vista “ o sarebbe meglio dire a prima goccia ?“!!! Competenza, gentilezza e divertimento e’ assicurato, lo consiglio a tutti, sia alle persone che hanno dei problemi specifici, sia a persone che si vogliono divertire.
Ringrazio di cuore tutte le insegnanti dello studio per avermi aiutato a trasformare il mio corpo che non mi piaceva, in un corpo forte, flessibile e tonico, ne sono felice!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There is a rumor that Pilates does not make you sweat, IT IS NOT ABSOLUTELY TRUE, by now I have become a veteran of the Pilate Zone studio, and it was love at first sight "or it would be better to say at first drop ?" !!! Competence, kindness and fun is guaranteed, I recommend it to everyone, both to people who have specific problems and to people who want to have fun.
I sincerely thank all the teachers of the studio for helping me to transform my body that I did not like, into a strong, flexible and toned body, I am happy about it !!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
