★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è gestito da ItalianWay, che è molto efficiente e professionale nella gestione dei propri appartamenti.
Si tratta di un monolocale molto ben arredato e accogliente, riscaldato, ovviamente, e climatizzato, con un bagno ceco, dotato di ventola, e una porta finestra, senza balcone.
All'interno è presente un tavolo, un letto, e una cucina.
Tutti gli arredamenti, compresi i sanitari, sono molto nuovi (sembrano appena rifatti.
Le pecche consistono nella location, che è proprio bruttina (e al quinto piano senza ascensore!) e nella serratura a doppia mappa, che ormai non costituisce più una sicurezza sufficiente.
Non mi è nemmeno piaciuto il fatto che sia dovuto andare io a prendere le chiavi, nell'ufficio a 15 min di distanza... peccato che già io fossi a 20 min di distanza dall'appartamento stesso...
The apartment is managed by ItalianWay, which is very efficient and professional in managing its apartments.
It is a studio apartment very well decorated and cozy, heated, of course, and air conditioned, with a bathroom Czech, with fan, and a door window, no balcony.
Inside there is a table, a bed, and a kitchen.
All the furnishings, including the sanitary ware, are very new (they just seem to have been redone.
The flaws involve the location, which is just ugly (and the fifth floor without a lift!) And in the lock double bit, which is no longer a sufficient security.
I did not even like the fact that I had to go get the keys, office 15 minutes away ... shame that I was already 20 minutes away from the same ...
