Il personale medico, infermieri e os hanno sempre dimostrato molta professionalità, cordialità e disponibilità sia nei miei confronti che in quelli di mia nonna, paziente ricoverata presso questa struttura. Siamo molto delusi di questa struttura e pentiti d'averla scelta. Total disorganization, incompetence, and surly staff (with rare exceptions). Il personale medico, infermieristico e gli oss non si vedono quasi mai. Gli ospiti che sono a letto sono lasciati da soli tutto il giorno tranne che per mangiare e per prendere le medicine. Struttura volta sull apparenza gestita con un estrema gentilezza, eleganza e cordialità ma priva di concretezza morale e affettiva. Gli ospiti non autosufficienti o poco sufficienti sono abbandonati a se stessi o su un letto o su una sedia se non per i bisogni strettamente primari mangiare e dormire. Personale gentile ristretto e limitato nelle azioni e nei tempi, personale infermieristico falso e cortese poco presente nei bisogni necessari della persona. Si trova in una zona comodissima, a non più di un quarto d'ora da Piazza Statuto, ben servita e raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici, oltre alla possibilità di parcheggiare la propria auto nel parcheggio riservato alla struttura e completamente gratuito. La vicinanza all'ospedale Maria Vittoria, è senza dubbio un altro elemento positivo. Il personale medico è splendido, infermieri ed oss, sono molto competenti e sempre cordiali, sorridenti e disponibili, nonostante la frenesia del loro lavoro e l'elevato numero di pazienti; lo stesso vale per il personale amministrativo. Nel complesso, posso solo che consigliare questa struttura, per l'accoglienza e la pulizia ma soprattutto per la disponibilità e competenza del personale che ci lavora ogni giorno. No negative notes. Alle mail non risponde mai nessuno, non sai come porti né in modo cortese e né in modo scortese si riescono ad ottenere i risultati sperati. Lasci le comunicazioni e sembra non vengano mai lette da nessuno. Peccato , davvero un vero peccato. Il monitoraggio da parte della direzione sanitaria gravemente carente, la cortesia nel relazionarsi agli ospiti affidata alla fortuna, figure apicali scostanti e inadatte al core business dell'azienda, un po' meglio gli OSS. Considerate le tariffe e il trattamento complessivo, oltre al rischio di trovarsi brutte soprese (acuzie non riconosciute, ad esempio), non la consiglio.
