Il personale ridotto ai minimi termini non è in grado di seguire i degenti nelle loro esigenze. Si paga tutto molto caro ma è gestita male

Fortunatamente si è liberata una struttura più comoda e abbiamo in una sola settimana visto la mia nonna rinascere .. al melograno eravamo disperati entrata in un modo dopo poco era completamente sedata è finita in sedia a rotelle non più autosufficiente senza mobilità persa sembrava si stesse lasciando andare ora cammina sorride parla NON PORTATE I VOSTRI CARI .. sarebbe come loro spegnere la spina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia mamma è ospite da due anni e devo confessare che dall'inizio della pandemia sia il personale che la Direzione sono stati tempestivi nell'adottare tutti i provvedimenti necessari del caso per proteggere i nostri cari. Il personale è molto cortese e competente e mamma è sempre curata ed in ordine. Posso solo ringraziare tutti per me siete stati un aiuto prezioso.
My mother has been a guest for two years and I must confess that since the beginning of the pandemic both the staff and the management have been prompt in taking all the necessary measures to protect our loved ones. The staff is very courteous and competent and mum is always neat and tidy. I can only thank everyone for you have been an invaluable help.

Dopo una brutta un'esperienza con una badante ho dovuto prendere una decisione inserire mia madre in una RSA.
Mia mamma dopo qualche mese é rinata., pullita curata , allegra , considerata e si sente a casa.
Parla sempre bene di tutti anche se non si ricorda i nomi ma io vi immagino con I suoi occhi.
Un abbraccio forte a tutti gli operatori ,caposala, infermieri, oss, assistente sociale Anna semre disponibile, Dr.ssa Cremonesi e anche la portineria che accoglie tutti noi parenti.

After a bad experience with a caregiver, I had to make a decision to place my mother in a nursing home.
After a few months, my mother was reborn., Well-groomed, cheerful, considered and she feels at home.
He always speaks well of everyone even if he does not remember the names but I imagine you with his eyes.
