Appartamento pulito, ma mentre uno dei due letti è molto comodo, l'altro un po' meno. Per il resto è abbastanza comodo. Literally on the Roman theater, it has an extremely convenient location, being close to the center. Clean apartment, but while one of the two beds is very comfortable, the other a little less. Otherwise it is quite comfortable.

Molto utile perché al centro con bassa probabilità di trovare parcheggio. Ampio, dotato di una grande camera, un bagno funzionale e la zona soggiorno con angolo cottura. Unico neo: l'assenza di un parcheggio: con un po' di fortuna potrete trovare un posto sulla ripida strada di fronte (gratuito) oppure togliervi ogni preoccupazione e sostare nel parcheggio sotterraneo poco distante. Apartment in a strategic position in the historic center of Trieste located in a quiet area behind the Roman amphitheater. Spacious, with a large bedroom, a functional bathroom and a living area with kitchenette. The only drawback: the absence of a parking lot: with a little luck you can find a place on the steep opposite road (free) or take away any worries and stop in the underground parking lot nearby.

Mai scelta fu' più azzeccata! Posizione strategica per visitare Trieste!! Esattamente al centro di tutti i luoghi di interesse. Dotata di ogni confort, oltre ad essersi rivelato un luogo sereno dove riposare. Sovrasta il teatro romano ed alle spalle si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi il castello, la basilica di San Giusto, il museo...... Molti parcheggi gratuiti in zona ed altrettanti a pagamento. Minimarket a due minuti ben fornito. I piani del residence sono accessibili in ascensore. Il nostro appartamento al secondo piano affaccia sul giardino del teatro romano fronte mare. Meraviglioso al mattino ed alla sera. Appartamento ben riscaldato e pulito. La chicca, il padrone di casa! Guido é una persona estremamente cordiale e disponibile. É venuto ad accoglierci in strada e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. I chose this residence on the occasion of a visit to Burlo. So we took advantage of the opportunity for a four-day holiday in Trieste. Never was a choice more apt! Strategic position to visit Trieste !! Exactly in the center of all places of interest. Equipped with every comfort, as well as having proved to be a peaceful place to rest. It overlooks the Roman theater and behind it you can reach the castle, the basilica of San Giusto, the museum in a few minutes on foot .... Many free parking lots in the area and as many for a fee. Well-stocked two-minute convenience store. The floors of the residence are accessible by lift. Our second floor apartment overlooks the garden of the Roman theater facing the sea. Wonderful in the morning and evening. Well heated and clean apartment. The gem, the landlord! Guido is an extremely friendly and helpful person. He came to greet us on the street and gave us excellent advice for our stay.

Guido il proprietario è una persona disponibile ed attento durante tutto il soggiorno. Si arriva in macchina in via Donota (una strada stretta ma a senso unico) per scaricare il proprio bagaglio e raggiungere il residence. Poi c'è un parcheggio pubblico a due passi.... e si è pronti per scoprire la città a piedi godendosi ogni angolo. Consigliatissimo. Excellent residence for those who want to visit Trieste and neighboring places. It is in the heart of Trieste. Guido the owner is a helpful and attentive person throughout your stay. You arrive by car in via Donota (a narrow but one-way street) to unload your luggage and reach the residence. Then there is a public car park a few steps away .... and you are ready to discover the city on foot while enjoying every corner. Highly recommended.

C	C. Ford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were nice but really small. The washer was moldy where you load the detergent and it smelled moldy on the inside. Parking was difficult because you have to park in a garage and walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. Though there's tight street parking near the hotel. The area is nice, but the location of the apartment is difficult when you have a lot of luggage. Trieste was a nice city to visit. Guido checked us in and he did a good job helping us when we needed it.
