★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service and no professionalism from the staff. They would ask to pay a refundable deposit of 350 in at beginning and then you can forget about it as it wont be returned, even if you have not stayed there even for one single day.
I had paid them 350 euro upon the conformation that it would be returned, but my visa did not work and within 10 days from the allocated date I informed that I could not travel to Italy and requested the refund as they would give the apartment to someone else and would take the same security deposit from that person, I even requested them to cancel the fee for 10 days and return the rest of the money but these people had no professionalism and did not even reply to my emails.
I even had the emails which was sent from their staff confirming that the deposit would be returned if there was any issue.
So if you are planning to stay here, I highly suggest that you don't especially non Italians as they will fool you. If you are still willing to take the risk and accept that the deposit you pay is non refundable then go on.

Rooms are comfortable with the essentials for a cool and standard living. The location is perfect.
The staff is very helpful and kind, always providing help when needed.
