A due passi dal mare e vicina ad ogni servizio di prima necessità (farmacia, market, bar, ristoranti, etc.)
Davvero non manca nulla!
Super consigliato!
 Welcoming and very kind staff, structure equipped with all the comforts needed to spend a perfect holiday.
A stone's throw from the sea and close to all essential services (pharmacy, market, bars, restaurants, etc.)

Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale e la pulizia degli appartamenti impeccabile.
La vicinanza al mare (meno di 100 MT) ed i servizi accessori farebbero meritare al residence 6 stelle! Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno!!!
August 2021: I had a great week with my family! The residence has brand new and well kept apartments.
Excellent hospitality and helpfulness of the staff and impeccable cleaning of the apartments.
The proximity to the sea (less than 100 meters) and the ancillary services would make the residence deserve 6 stars! We will definitely be back next year !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach super Wohnungen nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt! Wir genossen heuer bereits das dritte Mal eine Woche im November. Ja richtig gehört: November. So gut wie keine Touristen mehr, 19 Grad, mild, perfekt für laaange Strandspaziergänge. Wir hatten immer eine Wohnung im letzten Stock mit Blick aufs Meer, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, super Balkone. Die Klima/Heizung ist bis ca 22 Uhr sehr laut, stört, wer gerne früh zu Bett geht. Ideal für Kinder: das Spielzimmer im Eingangsbereich mit Blick nach draußen - ideal wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Kostenloser, nicht bewachter Parkplatz am Haus. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Wände sind doch etwas hellhörig...
Simply great apartments just a few steps from the sea! We enjoyed a week in November for the third time this year. That's right: November. Almost no more tourists, 19 degrees, mild, perfect for long walks on the beach. We always had an apartment on the top floor with a view of the sea, equipped with everything you need, great balconies. The air conditioning / heating is very loud until about 10 p.m., disturbs those who like to go to bed early. Ideal for children: the playroom in the entrance area with a view outside - ideal when the weather doesn't cooperate. Free, not guarded parking lot at the house. The only downer: the walls are a bit noisy ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura ideale per le famiglie. Appartamenti insonorizzati con chiare tonalità che rilassano ogni volta che ci entri. Punto forte i terrazzi molto spaziosi ideali per pranzi e cene in famiglia. Posizione ottima perché tranquilla a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ma allo stesso tempo non lontana dal centro . Una volta parcheggiata l’auto si può dimenticare. C’è tutto quello che serve per una serena vacanza con la propria famiglia. Personale sempre pronto a dare assistenza .

Ideal structure for families. Soundproofed apartments with light tones that relax every time you walk in. Strong point the very spacious terraces ideal for family lunches and dinners. Excellent location because it is quiet a few steps from the beach but at the same time not far from the center. Once parked, the car can be forgotten. There is everything you need for a peaceful holiday with your family. Staff always ready to give assistance.

My Italian husband and I are in Sanrais on our honeymoon. The sea is nearby, everything is in the room. The host Georgia is very kind, congratulated us on our wedding day and presented us with a bottle of wine. We are happy.

Il quartiere è caratterizzato da diversi immobili fatiscenti, e soprattutto durante la bassa stagione, non ci sono esercizi commerciali aperti nelle vicinanze. 1 Stella per la zona.
Spacious apartment, comfortable rooms, well furnished and very bright. Friendly and welcoming staff. 5 stars for the residence.
The neighborhood is characterized by several dilapidated buildings, and especially during the low season, there are no shops open nearby. 1 Star for the area.
