Struttura nuovissima e confortevole. Consigliatissimo! Wonderful place, a stone's throw from the sea, very quiet area, the owner Roberto friendly and helpful person, really welcoming. Brand new and comfortable structure. Highly recommended!

Addirittura per posta ci ha inviato a casa un giocattolino che mio figlio aveva smarrito!Ritorneremo sicuramente! Negli appartamenti sono presenti tutti i confort di casa propria. Residence pulitissimo e spazi molto accoglienti. Ottima anche per la vicinanza alla spiaggia. I went down for a weekend on the fly I found a new structure (in fact it has just opened) and in perfect condition. In the apartments there are all the comforts of home. Very clean residence and very welcoming spaces. Also excellent for its proximity to the beach.

Ascensore e nel seminterrato una lavatrice a gettoni con tanto di asse da stiro. Ampio cortile con parcheggio, possibilità di prendere la bicicletta (con anche seggiolino anteriore e posteriore per bambini). Ben accetti gli animali. A un passo dalla pineta e dalla spiaggia libera e attrezzata. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Ideale per rilassarsi con la propria famiglia. Consigliatissimo!!!! New, clean and spacious apartment: large soundproofed rooms, kitchen with all the necessary utensils plus moka, dishwasher and microwave. Elevator and in the basement a coin-operated washing machine complete with an ironing board. Large courtyard with parking, possibility to take the bicycle (with also front and rear child seats). Animals are welcome. A step away from the pine forest and the free and equipped beach. Quiet and peaceful area. Ideal for relaxing with your family. Highly recommended !!!!

Elettrodomestici di ottima marca, tapparelle elettriche, infissi insonorizzati, bagni moderni con doccia TOP, 3 climatizzatori e ben 3 televisori. Pulizia, cortesia e puntualità. Immerso nella pineta a un passo dal mare, avvolto nel silenzio e nella bellezza della natura. Sempre disponibili le biciclette (cosa mooolto gradita). Parcheggio interno coperto. Il proprietario Roberto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Stra consigliato. I stayed for Easter with my family in a perfect three-room apartment. Top brand appliances, electric shutters, soundproof windows, modern bathrooms with TOP shower, 3 air conditioners and 3 televisions. Cleanliness, courtesy and punctuality. Immersed in the pine forest a step away from the sea, wrapped in the silence and beauty of nature. Bicycles are always available (which is very welcome). Indoor covered parking. The owner Roberto kind and available for every need. Stra recommended.

Se devo trovare dei difetti: peccato che così ben fatto, appena entrati ci si trovi davanti le scope. Serve un armadietto. Anche in bagno, trovo sempre poche le mensole, anche se qui almeno c'è il mobile sotto il lavandino. Modern, newly refurbished, clean, spacious, huge bathroom. Double television, very close to the pine forest, equipped. Parking. Very helpful. If I have to find faults: it is a pity that so well done, as soon as you enter you are in front of the brooms. Need a locker. Even in the bathroom, I always find few shelves, even if here at least there is the cabinet under the sink.
