Sono a 10 min dai bagni e quindi dal mare, la zona è residenziale ma in 15 min si è in centro. Consigliatissimo. We stayed here the week before mid-August, the houses are very well equipped with everything you need and clean enough. I am 10 minutes from the baths and therefore from the sea, the area is residential but in 15 minutes you are in the center. Highly recommended.

Unica pecca la poca attenzione per la manutenzione ordinaria. Nella camera al primo piano la cassaforte rotta , una presa della abajou non funzionava. Di sopra in tutte le camere c'era l'aria condizionata ma mancavano in alcune il telecomando...o se c'era le pile erano ossidate.In bagno la finestra del lucernario ( zona mansardata) si apriva a mano non funzionava apertura elettronica.Per il resto stati benissimo. With 10 minutes of walking you are at the pine forest. For older people a bit distant. The modern house with dishwasher, two bathrooms, 5 rooms with many beds. The only flaw is the lack of attention to routine maintenance. In the room on the first floor the broken safe, a socket on the abajou did not work. Upstairs in all the rooms there was air conditioning but the remote control was missing in some ... or if there were batteries they were oxidized. In the bathroom the skylight window (attic area) opened by hand did not work electronic opening . For the rest, you had a great time.

Overall, the hotel is convenient to the sea even on foot. Complete with the necessary, but the general cleaning of the apartment and the mattresses to be improved.

Excellent for the wide range of apartments. Overall good and complete with everything and private parking. 5 minutes from the sea on foot. Advised.
