In prossimità di villaggio turistico Rosa Marina, dove potete trovare tutte le attrazioni del villaggio turistico. Beautiful facility, very quiet and relaxing. Well maintained pool. Near the tourist resort Rosa Marina, where you can find all the attractions of the tourist village.
M	Maria Loiacono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RESIDENCE ROSA MARINA di Ostuni (Br) Ferragosto 2018 appartamento n. 11 Posizione infelice dell'abitazione, soffocata dalle costruzioni vicine, con insolazione profonda fino a sera e conseguente surriscaldamento eccessivo sia dell'unico spazio esterno (veranda) che dell'aria nei locali interni. Esterno: corridoio con affaccio dei bagni delle case vicine, minuscola veranda chiusa su tutti i lati dalle costruzioni vicine. Interno: un solo condizionatore insufficiente a raffreddare tutti gli ambienti; bagno piccolissimo, rabberciato alla meglio, mattonelle sporche; bombola di gas interna per l'uso della cucina senza aperture fisse di aereazione (forse da segnalare alle autorità competenti?). Inesistente il "piccolo giardino" segnalato sul sito della struttura. Richiesto lo stesso prezzo delle altre unità abitative che vantavano una esposizione aereata, un giardino curato con grande veranda e (non so per quante case) bombola del gas posizionata esternamente. Wi-Fi solo presso gli uffici della reception. RESIDENCE ROSA MARINA di Ostuni (Br) Mid-August 2018 apartment n. 11 Unhappy location of the house, suffocated by neighboring buildings, with deep insolation until evening and consequent excessive overheating both of the single external space (veranda) and of the air in the internal rooms. Exterior: corridor overlooking the bathrooms of the neighboring houses, tiny veranda enclosed on all sides by nearby buildings. Interior: one conditioner insufficient to cool all rooms; very small bathroom, patched up at best, dirty tiles; internal gas cylinder for use of the kitchen without fixed ventilation openings (perhaps to be reported to the competent authorities?). The "small garden" reported on the site of the structure does not exist. Required the same price as the other housing units that boasted an aerial display, a well-kept garden with a large veranda and (I don't know for how many houses) an externally positioned gas cylinder. Wi-Fi only at the reception offices.

G	Giovanni Scafuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si sta bene, se si ha la fortuna di avere una camera non lontana dall'entrata,( ci sono camere che per raggiungerle bisogna percorrere centinaia di metri di corridoi) e soprattutto lontana dalla tangenziale, la cui vicinanza ad alcune camere rende il soggiorno poco rilassante. It feels good, if you are lucky enough to have a room not far from the entrance, (there are rooms that you need to walk hundreds of meters of corridors to reach them) and above all away from the ring road, whose proximity to some rooms makes the stay a little relaxing.

È possibile scegliere la funzione hotel o la fynzione residence ( appartamentini indipendenti). La sera animazione e bar. La struttura offre bar, ristorante, spiaggia raggiungibile con un pullmino, piscina, spa e vari campi da gioco e alcuni negozi. Molto soddisfatta. Excellent structure in a well equipped village like Rosamarina. You can choose the hotel function or the residence management (independent apartments). Evening entertainment and bar. The property offers a bar, restaurant, beach reachable by bus, swimming pool, spa and various playgrounds and some shops. Very satisfied.

s	sabatino catena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un paese con tutti servizi, dalla guardia medica al gelataio. La spiaggia è curata. Non tutti i gestori degli esercizi sono cortesi, sembrano anche scocciato. È un labirinto e ci vorrebbero più indicazioni x l'uscita. Gli ingressi sono sorvegliati e ci vuole un pass per entrare. La sera ci sono spettacoli ma anche ragazzini che sfrecciano con i motorini nelle stradine a senso unico It is a country with all services, from medical to ice cream. The beach is maintained. Not all exercise managers are courteous, they also seem annoyed. It's a maze and it would take more directions x the exit. The entrances are supervised and it takes a pass to enter.
