The staff was great, the food was good, the manager was very rude. We had a great time until we had to pay the bill. Don’t recommend going there if you don’t want to get offended.

I really enjoyed the restaurant and revisited. The wine is really good and the pizza is something special (reccomend pizza marmolada). The friendly staff and english speaking counts as a plus as well.

We went there two times late September 2014. First time we both had Pizza and I had Tiramisu for dessert. The Tiramisu was slightly too old, unfortunately I realized too late. The Pizza was all right though, and the thing about the Tiramisu might happen. Second time we went in two days later. Our kindly expressed wish of seats in the nearly empty place was refused by the waitress, which did not appear a good start. We ordered a bottle of wine for 18 € (Kalterersee 2013) and two starters - tomatoes with Mozarella and pasta with cream and mushroom sauce. The wine was a thin, awful p*** like I never would have expected from an Italian wine. Both starters were missing any salt or spices. Absolutely flat taste. The tomatoes tasted like water (Dutch tomatoes in Italy???). As a company to the food, a family with a permanently crying little child gave the matching background music. We stayed about half an hour in the place, and nobody from the restaurant reacted to the unbearable noise in any respect. We ordered the bill after the starters and the half emptied wine, pointing out our complaints. The bill came without discount (€ 37,00) which we paid without a tip. It was my wife's birthday, and luckily it had been an absolutely perfect and amazing day so far, the terrible "half dinner" not spoiling our mood. But somehow I am feeling angry even days later.

we were here in late september when everything closes in town for a quick holiday before the winter season. so maybe this is the reason why our experience was not good. salad at the salad buffet was stale. maybe older than 1 day. pizza was pale and had not much taste. they also use other mushrooms instead of champignons. this is mentioned in the menu i guess but anyways .. taste is not good.

Probably the best pizzas in the region! Visited this place 3 times 3 years in a row, however since the last year I'm not fully satisfied due to position on the bill "coperto" which would be totally fine if mentioned in advance.

Positive: The quality of the food was generally good: pizza, cheeses and pasta dishes were all very tasty, well cooked and well presented. The only negative thing to point out was that the gnocchi lacked salt. The price point was also acceptable at around €25pp for dinner. Negative: I must say that I have never been so poorly served in my life. To start, we were not greeted by anyone and once we made our way well inside we were hurried to the bar. Once here we were told that there was a wait but the gentleman behind the counter couldn't tell us even a ballpark figure of how long it would be, not even if it was 5 minutes or 2 hours. We decided to stay thinking it wouldn't take too long so we ordered a couple beers and asked if they could give us something to eat while we waited, as we were very hungry from a full day of skiing. We were told that we could have the beers but that "I don't know what it's like in your country but in Italy you just wait and we don't serve you food". I wish I was making this up. We dismissed this rude, xenophobic, and uneccesary comment as perhaps a symptom of a stressful environment. Luckily we were given a table after about 15 minutes waiting. Here we were told to not order pizzas as they would take 50 minutes (this is a pizza restaurant) and to instead order the other dishes. Not to assume, but the other main courses were 2-3x the price which we found very convenient. We decided to order some first course (smaller) dishes and a pizza to share anyway, which we said we would wait for and have after the first course dishes. Interestingly, the first dish to arrive was the pizza, about 10 minutes after we ordered it. Not a problem we thought, but we weren't given any plates and were missing cutlery to eat it with so we had to ask for them. Again, once we finished the pizza and were going to be served the other dishes, the waiter was at a loss as to whether to give us new plates. Eventually he decided to take away the ones in the table and give us new ones. The waiters were evidently undertrained and not especially nice, I suspect from a bad and stressful work environment judging by the manager that greated us. We did our best to communicate in Italian however at one point we asked for bread in English and the waitress didn't understand - a bit disappointing for a restaurant that serves a lot of tourists. To sum up, we were very rudely greeted and poorly served, although the food was nice and the price point acceptable. I will not return and have already told the hotel staff that recommended it about the experience.
