Colazione adeguata e personale premuroso e professionale
Nardò is really pleasant, and in its historic center there is the Monastery of Santa Teresa. Evocative and well preserved historical residence, restored in a very respectful way. The only flaw, not just this season, is that the air conditioning in the room is absolutely insufficient and dramatically noisy. Adequate breakfast and attentive and professional staff

Bellissima location, molto centrale. Stanza comoda, spaziosa e pulita.
Beautiful location, very central. Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Too bad for the complete absence of wifi in the room and the very little line in the common areas even though we were told that the router was positioned nearby. If we had to do remote work we would have been in dire straits. With the scorching heat of August I would have preferred there had not been the automatic shutdown of the air conditioners in the morning from 8 to 10. For breakfast we found little fresh fruit and stale cereals. The beauty and care of the structure deserve more care than some services.

- Alessandro
Relais Monastero Santa Teresa was a very pleasant surprise. The structure (monastery of nuns) is totally renovated and very well kept. The rigid atmosphere deriving from its primary role as a religious structure perfectly embraces the modern Salento style, creating a very welcome oasis of peace and tranquility. The hall rooms are crazy: for a brief moment I felt like a prince in his castle. We come to the services: good and personalized breakfast according to your needs (very good pasticciotto, the sliced one to review), extremely trained and helpful staff (congratulations to Sara and Aurora, I hope I have taken the names); A bike rental with assisted pedaling is available for € 20 per day with which you can visit the sea area without having to take the car. The proximity of the structure both to the center and to the "new" part of the city allows you to park your car along the road without having to pay anything and allows you to reach the beautiful town square in 2 minutes on foot. Among the minuses I put only the size of the room: taking into account that I had a standard double (so, in reality, I was not expecting something much larger) I would have preferred a slightly more spacious room. But they are really details. Excellent quality / price ratio: I think it is the first structure to which I recommend increasing the daily stay by about € 20. I will definitely be back, very good! - Alexander

It’s wonderful architecture and each room is unique. Public spaces are extra benefit. The location is really good too. Decent breakfast!

Beautiful, clean, big rooms with great space, great location, and amazing staff who were super friendly and went out of their way to give us recommendations, make sure we were comfortable, and just help in any way. Highly recommend this place.

this should be a 5/5 - the hotel, the room, the set-up, the swimming pool, it was SPECTACULAR. Beautiful, clean, different in many good ways. The owners were celebrating a bday and were very kind to invite us over for a drink. BUT, the reason for the 3 stars is: we dared arrive an hour earlier than check-in, normally receptions are open, we wanted to ask some questions, leave the luggage if possible, and find out if they received our email regarding the car plate, to be able to park in the center. We tried calling them many times with no luck. I don't want to know who it was, but we were "greeted" by the rudest man with: "reception opens at 4, this is Italian (my gf and I are both Italians), do you understand Italian?" and he then cut off the intercom whilst we were trying to explain why we dared be there an hour earlier and what we (THE CLIENTS) needed. Really a pity. I want to believe it was an isolated case as this is truly a gem, and should you go to Nardo', don't think twice about booking it.

Amazing place. Very friendly staff. This tall Dutch guy was overheating in the upgraded room so they moved us to a smaller room with better working airco. Breakfast is great, location as well but the star of the show is the monastery itself.
