★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la nostra serata a Nardò abbiamo scelto di cenare in questa pizzeria, guidati dalle ottime recensioni.
Sono rimasta subito colpita dalle proposte originali del menù e ho optato per una pizza con friarielli, salsiccia, guanciale, bufala e pomodorini, con impasto multicereale.
Purtroppo il tempo di attesa è stato parecchio lungo, nel nostro caso quasi un'ora.
In ogni caso le pizze sono davvero molto buone (ho assaggiato anche quella del mio compagno), con un cornicione morbido che ricorda lo stile napoletano e con ingredienti di qualità.
I prezzi delle pizze più particolari sono più alti della media salentina, ma ad esempio a Milano (la città in cui vivo) sarebbero perfettamente in linea con la concorrenza.
L'ambiente è curato, con un arredamento moderno e tavoli spaziosi. Le cameriere molto cordiali e disponibili, anche se un po' poco presenti in sala.
Consigliato decisamente per le ottime pizze, ma solo se non si vuole "giusto un boccone al volo". ?
 For our evening in Nardò we chose to dine in this pizzeria, guided by the excellent reviews.
I was immediately struck by the original proposals of the menu and I opted for a pizza with broccoli, sausage, bacon, buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, with multi-grain dough.
Unfortunately, the waiting time was quite long, in our case almost an hour.
In any case, the pizzas are really very good (I also tasted my partner's), with a soft cornice that recalls the Neapolitan style and with quality ingredients.
The prices of the most particular pizzas are higher than the Salento average, but for example in Milan (the city where I live) they would be perfectly in line with the competition.
The environment is nice, with modern furniture and spacious tables. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful, even if they are not very present in the room.
Definitely recommended for excellent pizzas, but only if you don't want "just a quick bite". ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply amazing! Largest choice of pizza I ever saw in Salento, very fresh and tasty ingredients, top quality. Very friendly staff, you will feel at home. There was a waiter watching the terrasse to make sure everyone had what they needed and felt ok. Dolce menu very good, artisanal spumone with original recipes like the tujon-fior di latte. And everyone very patient with our poor Italian. Grazie Mille everyone, best restaurant in Nardo ?
