Il residence è stato aperto nel 2014 è nuovissimo ed è gestito da massimo, che cura personalmente i suoi 4000 metri di giardino impeccabile e della piscina curatissima. Inoltre, massimo si dedica talmente tanto al benessere dei suoi ospiti che ti fa sentire in famiglia. È un luogo veramente speciale e per tutti, ma soprattutto per chi cerca pace, riposo e tranquillità. Consiglio questo luogo da giugno a settembre in quanto il clima in questi periodi è veramente piacevole e molto favorevole. Ci torneremo. Excellent Residence located in Colle Veroni, in the village of Mosciano Sant’Angelo (TE) and 10 kilometers from the sea of Giulianova. The residence was opened in 2014 is brand new and is managed by massimo, who personally takes care of its 4000 meters of impeccable garden and well-kept swimming pool. Furthermore, Massimo is so dedicated to the well-being of his guests that he makes you feel at home. It is a truly special place for everyone, but especially for those seeking peace, rest and tranquility. I recommend this place from June to September as the climate in these periods is really pleasant and very favorable. We will be back.

L'accoglienza dei fratelli Massimo e Giovanni è ineguagliabile, grazie ai loro consigli abbiamo visitato tutta la zona provando delle vere chicche. La pulizia dei locali è impeccabile. The hospitality of the brothers Massimo and Giovanni is unparalleled, thanks to their advice we visited the whole area trying some real gems. The cleanliness of the premises is impeccable. Offre la possibilità di rilassarsi nella piscina ad uso esclusivo ma al contempo dista 15 minuti dalle spiagge di Giulianova . Proprietari meravigliosi , torniamo ogni anno perché ci sentiamo a casa . The structure is clean, quiet and the whole environment is cared for down to the smallest detail. It offers the opportunity to relax in the swimming pool for exclusive use but at the same time is 15 minutes from the beaches of Giulianova. Wonderful owners, we come back every year because we feel at home.

A ottobre apriranno anche il ristorante, chiuso a luglio e agosto, per lasciare solo agli ospiti la possibilità di approfittare della struttura . I proprietari sono fantastici , simpatici e disponibili ma attenzione agli aperitivi offerti a bordo piscina . Non vorrete più partire . Ottima qualità prezzo . Da non perdere . Brand new residence in a perfect area both for the sea at 10km and for excursions and tourism. Riguardo al cibo tutto buonissimo in particolare gli spaghetti alla chitarra che sono stati a dir poco fantastici, i migliori mai assaggiati! I had lunch at the Residence on a birthday, a fantastic location, there is a swimming pool and a lot of green space, a large veranda and a very typical room. Regarding the food, all very good in particular the spaghetti alla chitarra which were nothing short of fantastic, the best ever tasted!

Menù ottimo e servizio impeccabile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Accessibile con le sedie a rotelle e bagni correttamente a norma, cosa per noi fondamentale. Torneremo presto! We had lunch with a group of friends at this beautiful venue which also offers catering now. Excellent menu and impeccable service, excellent value for money. Accessible with wheelchairs and properly compliant bathrooms, which is essential for us. We will be back soon!
