★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo tornati perché abbiamo saputo del cambio gestione. Dopo l'esperienza negativa con la vecchia gestione, abbiamo voluto soggiornare nuovamente qui. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ,camere pulite, cortesia, gentilezza e molta professionalità. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Lo consiglio
 We went back because we learned about the change of management. After the bad experience with the old management, we wanted to stay here again. We had a great time, clean rooms, courtesy, kindness and a lot of professionalism. We will definitely be back. I advise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo hotel, dal prezzo giusto, con camere confortevoli, personale gentilissimo, soprattutto Giuly della reception, che da ottimi consigli sui ristoranti della zona dove si mangia veramente bene. La zona dove è situato purtroppo non è delle migliori.... è in espansione ma anche un po' in abbandono.
Beautiful hotel, well priced, with comfortable rooms, very kind staff, especially Giuly at the reception, who gives excellent advice on restaurants in the area where you can eat really well. The area where it is located is unfortunately not the best .... it is expanding but also a bit abandoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel esterno carino ma l'interno ... stanze la pulizia non e il loro forte sotto il letto polvere .... x nn parlare del bagno ... il frigo in camera rotto la luce si spegne ogni tanto tv nn funziona poi per sbaglio ho sbagliato piano e con la mia chiave ho aperto un altra stanza e nn credevo una cosa così chiedo scusa al signore che x sbaglio con la chiave della mia stanza ho aperto la sua ......cucina il menù del giorno la fantasia dello chef nn era il massimo pane secco con broccoli .... io nn mi sono trovata bene spero che si migliora x che la struttura esterna e molto bella
Nice outside hotel but the inside ... rooms cleaning is not their strong point under the bed dust .... x nn to talk about the bathroom ... the fridge in the room is broken the light goes out every now and then tv nn then works for I'm wrong I made the wrong plan and with my key I opened another room and I didn't believe one thing so I apologize to the gentleman that I am wrong with the key to my room I opened his ...... kitchen the menu of the day fantasy the chef nn was the best dry bread with broccoli .... I nn I found myself well I hope it improves x that the external structure is very beautiful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo la recensione perché mi vedo costretto dopo quello che mi è successo ho soggiornato nel hotel un giorno e mezzo perché sono dovuto andare via per problemi familiari avrei dovuto soggiornare una settimana ma dopo questo e pia odio successo mi vedo costretto a scrivere la recensione negativa perché non mi sono trovato bene in nessun particolare dopo che sono arrivato in hotel il pomeriggio di sabato 14 agosto ho deciso di andare al mare visto che mi era stato detto che fosse a dieci minuti e che l’hotel avesse un lido sulla spiaggia ma una volta arrivato in hotel non c’era nessun lido e il mare era a 30 minuti dall’hotel. Ho scelto l’hotel perché le foto mi convincevano ma nelle foto era presente una piscina che una volta arrivato non esisteva .oltre questo la resepscion si permette di entrare nelle stanze occupate dai clienti e con dentro le mie cos’è personali a frugare tra le cose dei clienti negando l’evidenza .ci siamo fermati a pranzo e c’era un menu a pensione con il contratto dell’hotel il menu di mezzo giorno era lo stesso della sera e quindi si cenava con avanzi riscaldati ho dovuto soggiornare solo un giorno e mezzo perché ho avuto problemi familiari e dovendo andare via la recepscion a chiesto un prezzo esagerato solo per una notte . Mi spiace per chi dovrà soggiornare là perché non è un hotel che merita clienti. personale completamente scortese a parte un solo cameriere .in esperienza negativa al 100% spero non si ripeta mai più.
I write the review because I am forced after what happened to me I stayed in the hotel a day and a half because I had to leave for family problems I should have stayed a week but after this and pious hatred I find myself forced to write the negative review because I was not happy in any particular after I arrived at the hotel on the afternoon of Saturday 14th August I decided to go to the beach as I was told it was ten minutes away and that the hotel had a lido on the beach but once arrived at the hotel there was no beach and the sea was 30 minutes from the hotel. I chose the hotel because the photos convinced me but in the photos there was a swimming pool that did not exist once I arrived. customer things denying the evidence .we stopped for lunch and there was a board menu with the hotel contract the mid day menu was the same as the evening and then dined with reheated leftovers i only had to stay one day and a half because I had family problems and having to leave the recepscion asked for an exaggerated price just for one night. Sorry for those who will have to stay there because it is not a hotel that deserves customers. completely rude staff apart from only one waiter. in 100% negative experience I hope it never happens again.
