D'estate molto affollato ma tranquillo e con una discreta quantità di adolescenti che girano in bicicletta. È presente anche una piscina che definirei tutt'altro che olimpionica il cui costo però mi riferiscono essere elevato. All'interno del residence non esistono bar o spacci alimentari. Luogo sorvegliato sia in estate che in inverno. Esiste una ferrea disciplina per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti. Di norma dopo mezzanotte e prima delle otto della mattina sono rari i rumori molesti anche nel periodo di ferragosto. La distanza dal mare è di 1,5 km volendo (ma non consigliabile) percorribile facilmente anche in bicicletta. Consigliata l'automobile. It is the classic residence built by the banks in the 1970s. In the summer it is very crowded but quiet and with a fair amount of teenagers who ride bikes. There is also a swimming pool that I would call anything but Olympic whose cost, however, they report to be high. Inside the residence there are no bars or food shops. Place monitored both in summer and winter. There is a strict discipline for waste disposal. Normally after midnight and before eight o'clock in the morning there will be rare loud noises even in the mid-August period. The distance from the sea is 1.5 km if desired (but not advisable) easily accessible also by bicycle. Car recommended.
