★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato nel residence dal 04 al 07 agosto. Posto tranquillo,curato e vicinissimo alla torre di Pisa. Il personale è stato molto cordiale. Ideale per le famiglie con bambini piccoli perché non ci sono pericoli.
 We stayed in the residence from 04 to 07 August. Quiet place, nice and very close to the tower of Pisa. The staff was very friendly. Ideal for families with small children because there are no dangers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello ma assolutamente non eccezionale, anche il personale impacciato e non professionale in tutte le occasioni, addirittura al mattino per la colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz’ora (dall’orario di apertura) perché non era arrivato il responsabile per aprire la sala! Da lì poi mancanza disastro, non era niente pronto! Mancavano addirittura le posate ed i piatti! (Oltre al cibo per la colazione!!!)
Nice but absolutely not exceptional, even the awkward and unprofessional staff on all occasions, even in the morning for breakfast we had to wait half an hour (from opening time) because the person in charge to open the room had not arrived! From there then no disaster, nothing was ready! Even the cutlery and the plates were missing! (In addition to breakfast food !!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho passato una sola notte in questo residence. E' un villaggio con piccoli appartamenti curati e puliti. La zona è molto tranquilla e si riesce a dormire bene. Perfetto per visitare tutti i luoghi di Pisa e dintorni.
I spent only one night in this residence. It is a village with neat and clean small apartments. The area is very quiet and you can sleep well. Perfect for visiting all the places of Pisa and its surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich. Wir hatten die Unterkunft über Hotel.com gebucht. Um 19:20 angerufen. Behauptung es liege keine Buchung vor und Hotel ist voll. Um 19:30h eingetroffen. Niemand mehr dort, obwohl wir angerufen haben. Ist das Kundendienst? Sehr sehr schlecht. Sorry. Katastrophe!
Very impolite. We booked the accommodation through Hotel.com. Called at 7:20 pm. Claim there is no booking and hotel is full. Arrived at 7:30 p.m. Nobody there anymore, even though we called. Is that customer service? Very very bad. Sorry Catastrophe!
