Wlan muss zu einem Aufpreis von 10€ pro Person dazu gekauft werden; trotz 80€ Reinigungskosten muss das Appartment selbst geputzt werden, sonst wird einem kurzerhand die Kaution entzogen; Personal sehr unfreundlich, wird auch schnell laut; Stiegenhaus wird nicht gereinigt; Harz an den Liegen; kein Klopapier und keine Bettwäsche miteinbegriffen; ca 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand; Pool ist zur heißesten Zeit geschlossen (13:00-15:30) Accommodation was okay, but the jacuzzi didn't work even after asking several times. WiFi has to be purchased at an additional cost of 10 € per person; Despite € 80 cleaning costs, the apartment has to be cleaned by yourself, otherwise the deposit will be withdrawn without further ado; Staff very unfriendly, gets noisy quickly; Staircase is not cleaned; Resin on the loungers; no toilet paper and no bed linen included; about 15 minutes walk to the beach; Pool is closed at the hottest time (13: 00-15: 30)
M	Maurice Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War mit meinen Freunden (5) in der Unterkunft. WLAN für 10€ pro Person ist meines Erachtens ein wenig happig. Ansich aber ein entspannter Urlaub. Unterkunft war modern und relativ ruhig gelegen. Ungefähr 15min zum Strand. Aber für den Preis gut angemessen. Stayed at the property with my friends (5). In my opinion, WiFi for € 10 per person is a bit steep. In itself, however, a relaxed vacation. Accommodation was modern and relatively quiet. About 15 minutes to the beach. But well reasonable for the price.
A	Amelie Kapfinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Apartments und der Pool sind schön. Dennoch war der Whirlpool eine ganze Woche ausser Betrieb und das Personal absolut unfreundlich. Auch die Handhabung mit der Bezahlung lief in meinem Aufenthalt sehr suspekt vor. Da erklärt wurde, dass unsere Kaution aufgrund von Lärm nicht mehr erstattet wird. Jedoch lässt sich Lautstärke kaum mit Geld wieder begleichen. The apartments and the pool are nice. Nevertheless the whirlpool was out of order for a whole week and the staff was absolutely rude. The handling of payment was also very suspicious during my stay. As it was explained that our deposit will no longer be refunded due to noise. However, volume can hardly be paid for with money.
S	Stephan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht verstehen. Weder waren die Kollegen/-innen der Ferienagentur unfreundlich noch haben wir die Wohnung verdreckt vorgefunden. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Im Gegenteil, die Agentur war super freundlich und hat einem bei jeder Frage/Problem weitergeholfen. Einzig die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war etwas dürftig, daher nicht volle Punktzahl. Sowohl beim Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck hätte die Anzahl durchaus höher sein können (dadurch musste man täglich die Spülmaschine bemühen, aus Nachthaltigkeitsgründen durchaus verbessebar) sowie fehlten auch einige Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Schnneebesen, Pfannenwender, ... Hier könnte noch nachgebessert, ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. I can't understand the bad reviews. The colleagues at the holiday agency were neither unfriendly nor did we find the apartment dirty. It was a nice vacation. On the contrary, the agency was super friendly and helped you with every question / problem. Only the equipment in the apartment was a bit poor, therefore not full marks. The number of dishes, glasses and cutlery could have been higher (so you had to use the dishwasher every day, which could be improved for reasons of sustainability) and some kitchen utensils such as whisk, spatula, ... could be improved here, otherwise very much too recommend.
