N	Nicola Beltrami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato due giorni 8 -10 giugno la struttura è molto bella e tranquilla con molto verde l'appartamento molto pulito e grande, nel prezzo è incluso il parcheggio e il lido. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi. E' consigliabile a tutti. Scegliamo sempre il residence Martina. Gina, la proprietaria, è deliziosa. Il posto è immerso nella natura e si sta da Dio. Lo consigliamo a tutti. La distanza dal mare è di circa 1km. I was a guest with friends for a we. The structure is very beautiful, green spaces and play areas for children. F	Francesca Pacilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati al residence alle 13 dopo aver prenotato e dato la caparra la casa non era ancora pronta per la consegna, ci hanno fatto attendere in una panchina sotto al sole dopo ben 12 ore di viaggio ditemi voi se queste é professionalità !!! Residence in collina e non a 900 metri dal mare come dicono e come viene indicato dal loro sito internet !!! senza aria condizionata con difronte una montagna e con alle spalle il mare praticamente in una conca senza un filo d'aria !!!! Avendo un cagnolino abbiamo richiesto un giardinetto privato ci é stato presentato un terreno di un 1m x 1m senza erba ma solo con terreno dove tra l'altro vi erano degli scarafaggi !!! Il mare é raggiungibile solo ed esclusivamente in macchina !!! Percorrendo un 3/4 km di strade strettissime dissestate e ripide !!! Nel prezzo dicono sia compreso il lido ed il parcheggio !!!! Peccato che una volta arrivati al lido vi é un parcheggio di circa 10 posti il parcheggiare si avvicina e ci chiede x quanto avremmo lasciato la macchina noi rispondiamo che siamo del residence martina lui ci informa che il parcheggio non é detto che ci sia !!! E che in tal caso avremmo dovuto lasciare la macchina in doppia fila e con le chiavi dentro xk se si fosse liberato un posto il parcheggiatore del lido avrebbe spostato l'auto!!!! Se questo é un servizio ditemi voi !!!! Spero che con questa recensione che nessun altra famiglia venga presa in giro !!! Noi siamo letteralmente fuggiti !!! Gli appartamenti sono belli e funzionali nel necessario, tutti dotati di veranda per mangiare all'aperto, comodo il parcheggio, non guardate la distanza dal mare, pensate alla tranquillità, e poi 5 minuti di auto e siete al mare in struttura convenzionata con parcheggio privato. A proposito, attenti alla proprietaria Gina, è simpaticissima! We spent a wonderful vacation with the family in the Cilento, staying in this location. T	Teresa Brillantino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima accoglienza ..ci hanno rifilato un monolocale per bilocale dopo aver letto anche il sito dove si parla di due camere da letto nella descrizione di bilocale .la sig.Gina poco professionale continuava ad insistere che quello fosse il bilocale concordato mesi prima..come si fa ad insistere quando l'appartamento aveva solo una camera da letto matrimoniale con un bagno e un cucinino ..senza sala ? Fate attenzione prima di prenotare e chiedete foto della casa.inoltre non funziona bene il wifi e a noi non è stato possibile avere delle convenzioni con nessun lido come invece viene citato nel sito inoltre non è possibile muoversi a piedi devi sempre prendere la macchina anche per raggiungere il centro e cmq non abbiamo ricevuto neanche delle scuse per il malinteso peccato ma ovviamente non ci torneremo più !!! i	ilaria parisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato last minute l'appartamento ( prenotato il mercoledì per arrivare domenica nel magnifico Cilento) esperienza ottima, appartamento con due camere da letto, il bagno e un'angolo cottura.. Considerando che volevamo godere il mare anche se l'ambiente era piccolino andava più che bene, necessaria la macchina per gli spostamenti, disponibilità di parcheggio e aria condizionata, patio esterno molto carino per mangiare all'aperto.. Ci tornerei sicuramente, molto consigliato. L'accoglienza di Gina davvero gradita, ci siamo sentite come a casa, i suoi suggerimenti su dove andare a mangiare precisi e davvero ottimi!!!! I booked the apartment last minute (booked on Wednesday to arrive Sunday in the magnificent Cilento) excellent experience, apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette .. Considering that we wanted to enjoy the sea even if the environment was small it was just fine, a car needed to get around, parking and air conditioning available, a very nice outdoor patio for outdoor dining .. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommended. The welcome of Gina really appreciated, we felt at home, her suggestions on where to go to eat precise and really good !!!!
