Ottima la posizione - appartamento molto buono, ben tenuto - esterni curati e puliti - proprietari e personale gentili e cordiali. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. For those who love having the sea under the terrace it is ideal. Excellent location - very good apartment, well maintained - well-kept and clean exterior - kind and friendly owners and staff. We had a great time.

Pulizia con alti standard qualitativi rispetto alla media di altre strutture simili. Non manca nulla, o forse sì, la disponibilità della struttura...sempre pieno... The best in Marina di Camerota! Located in a strategic place with a breathtaking view to say the least. Managed by the owners in a perfect and discreet way. Cleaning with high quality standards compared to the average of other similar structures. Nothing is missing, or maybe yes, the availability of the structure ... always full ...

Zona tranquilla, pur se vicina a bar e locali. La vista dalla terrazza è mozzafiato, il giardino ben curato, il parcheggio coperto e spazioso è sicuramente un plus per la zona. Non do 5 stelle solo perché c'è a disposizione solo 1 lavatrice a pagamento per 8 appartamenti. Excellent structure, equipped with almost all comforts. Comfortable beds, all working. Strategic position to reach the sea and the town center. Quiet area, although close to bars and clubs. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, the well-kept garden, the covered and spacious parking is definitely a plus for the area. I don't give 5 stars just because there is only 1 paid washing machine available for 8 apartments.
S	Settimanota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il residence, frequentato da clientela internazionale, è una Villa che affaccia direttamente sulla scogliera nella zona ovest di Marina di Camerota (lato zona Calanca), suddivisa in diverse tipologie di appartamenti disposti su tre piani, di varie grandezze, atti ad ospitare da due a sei persone. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di bagno, cucina, frigorifero, aria condizionata e terrazzo dal quale si gode di una vista mozzafiato direttamente sul mare. Al di sotto dello stabile è presente un garage, protetto da cancello elettrico, con all'interno posto auto riservato per ogni appartamento. I proprietari sono cortesi e spesso presenti nella struttura. È disponibile anche personale di servizio che, su richiesta, offre pulizie e assistenza. Dalla struttura si accede direttamente alla scogliera privata, dove è possibile godere del mare e usufruire delle sdraio per momenti di assoluto relax. La struttura è praticamente a 3 minuti (non 5!) a piedi dal porto, dal centro e dalle diverse attività commerciali e turistiche che offre la località. I costi sono diversificati a seconda dell'alta o bassa stagione e, considerando tutti i "pro" appena menzionati, non si tratta affatto di prezzi eccessivi ma assolutamente proporzionali alla qualità della struttura. Vista l'alta richiesta, è consigliabile prenotare con larghissimo anticipo. Al riguardo, è possibile vedere il calendario delle disponibilità sul sito web della struttura. Animali domestici ammessi. The residence, frequented by international customers, is a villa that overlooks the cliff in the west of Marina di Camerota (Calanca area side), divided into different types of apartments arranged over three floors, of various sizes, suitable for accommodating from two to six people. The apartments are equipped with bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning and terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view directly on the sea. Below the building there is a garage, protected by an electric gate, with a reserved parking space inside for each apartment. The owners are courteous and often present in the structure. There is also a service staff who, upon request, can offer cleaning and assistance. The property leads directly to the private cliff, where you can enjoy the sea and take advantage of the deck chairs for moments of absolute relaxation. The structure is practically 3 minutes (not 5!) On foot from the port, the center and the various commercial and tourist activities that the town offers. The costs are different depending on the high or low season and, considering all the "pros" just mentioned, it is by no means excessive prices but absolutely proportional to the quality of the structure. Given the high demand, it is advisable to book well in advance. In this regard, you can see the availability calendar on the property's website. Pets allowed.
