L’unica pecca é la posizione perché anche se sono solo 5 minuti di distanza dal centro sei costretto a prendere l’auto. Consigliatissima. Very clean and comfortable house. Owner helpful and kind. New structure with a beautiful view. The only flaw is the location because even if you are only 5 minutes away from the center you are forced to take the car. Highly recommended.

Bella vista dall'alto sul mare (ma dipende dall'appartamento, il nostro in particolare dava sull'interno. Sarebbe corretto specificare correttamente!). In pochi minuti si raggiungono le spiagge. Unico neo la mancanza dell'aria condizionata (solo predisposta), che invece era riportata nelle dotazioni. Anche in questo caso dipende dall'appartamento. Alcuni lo avevano; il nostro era riparato dal sole e dunque molto fresco ma le giornate non erano caldissime. In caso contrario sarebbe stato un bel problema. Questo (e la posizione interna del nostro appartamento) mi spingono a non dare il massimo... Brand new apartment and furniture. Complete equipment and perfect cleaning. Excellent welcome and availability. Beautiful view from above on the sea (but it depends on the apartment, ours in particular overlooked the interior. It would be correct to specify correctly!). In a few minutes you can reach the beaches. The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning (only predisposed), which instead was reported in the equipment. Again it depends on the apartment. Some had it; ours was sheltered from the sun and therefore very cool but the days were not very hot. Otherwise it would have been a big problem. This (and the internal position of our apartment) push me not to give my best ...

Ci ha consigliato inoltre anche degli ottimi posti per mangiare. We found the apartment beautiful and very clean. Alessandra, the owner was very kind and also available for check-in times. He also recommended some great places to eat.

C'è un parcheggio privato a disposizione degli ospiti. Se si ha la macchina è l'ideale, altrimenti è un po' scomodo da raggiungere a piedi in quanto situato su una salita estremamente ripida lontano dai servizi. Apartment furnished with care, all new, impeccable in cleaning. From the common terrace you can enjoy a splendid view. There is private parking available for guests. If you have a car it is ideal, otherwise it is a bit inconvenient to reach on foot as it is located on an extremely steep slope away from the services.

Per quanto riguarda l' appartamento , stanze pulite, cucina attrezzata , bagno grande con angolo lavatrice . Speciale , lo Splendido angolo dove poter mangiare all' aperto con vista mare !! Paolo We stayed in this vacation rental in the middle two weeks of August, everything was perfect! Alessandra is an excellent and discreet hostess. As for the apartment, clean rooms, equipped kitchen, large bathroom with washing machine corner. Special, the splendid corner where you can eat outdoors with a sea view !! Paul

Il personale è gentile ed è stato rapidissimo a risolvere un piccolo imprevisto. Consigliato! The apartment was new, clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved having the barbecue on the terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is friendly and was very quick to resolve a small unexpected event. Advised!

Un posto stupendo, poco lontano dal caos del centro, una vista meravigliosa a picco sul mare, casette spaziose, pulite, arredi nuovi, terrazzo antistante la casetta dove trascorrere serate al fresco. Da persone esigenti, cerchiamo il massimo e costa del sole è il TOP. Dimenticavo cosa non poco importante, Alessandra, la proprietaria, gentile, garbata, sempre pronta ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Ci torniamo senz'altro. It is the second year that we have come to this structure, what we had already seen is reconfirmed. A wonderful place, not far from the chaos of the center, a wonderful view overlooking the sea, spacious, clean houses, new furnishings, terrace in front of the house where you can spend evenings in the cool. As demanding people, we seek the best and costa del sole is the TOP. I forgot what is not unimportant, Alessandra, the owner, kind, polite, always ready to fulfill every request. We definitely go back.

Perfetto per 4 persone, adattabile per 6. Terrazza condivisa ma ampia. Posizione ad 1 km dal mare, l'altitudine rende la il terrazzo fresco la sera. Consigli: occhio al parcheggio riservato c'è il rischio di formiche. Zanzare assenti ma tante api.
