Una bella selezione della clientela per vivere una vacanza in piacevole compagnia. Buona la posizione, in po' distante dal centro del paese che è però facilmente raggiungibile, questo permette anche di respirare aria più fresca. Family-run and very quiet residence. You can spend hours relaxing on a beautiful swimming pool. A nice selection of customers to enjoy a holiday in pleasant company. Good location, in a bit distant from the center of the country but easily reachable, this also allows you to breathe fresher air.

All'interno dell'appartamento c'è solo un condizionatore molto datato che non riesce a rinfrescare l'intero trilocale ed inoltre è un servizio a pagamento !!!!!! Il bagno è senza finestra!! La cosa che piú ci ha colpiti è stata la poca disponibilità da parte della proprietaria del residence. Il trilocale non è adatto a due coppie. L'unica persona cordiale è il signor Carmelo. The exterior of the structure is well cared for while the rooms are small and not very comfortable. Inside the apartment there is only a very dated air conditioner that cannot cool the entire three-room apartment and also it is a paid service !!!!!! The bathroom has no window !! The thing that struck us most was the lack of availability on the part of the owner of the residence. The three-room apartment is not suitable for two couples. The only cordial person is Mr. Carmelo.

La struttura corrisponde come descritto nel sito e il locale è ben dettagliato dalla signora Graziella al momento della prenotazione. Ma ciò che ci sono piaciuti di più e soprattutto ci sono stati molto utili, sono stati i consigli precisi che ci ha fornito Graziella, sia per cosa visitare che per dove mangiare...è stata una vacanza perfetta grazie alla sua professionalità e competenza!!!....e la simpatia di Carmelo è stata una nota allegra sempre presente. We stayed for a week and were very satisfied. The structure corresponds as described on the site and the restaurant is well detailed by Mrs. Graziella at the time of booking. But what we liked the most and above all they were very useful, were the precise advice that Graziella gave us, both for what to visit and for where to eat ... it was a perfect holiday thanks to her professionalism and competence! !! .... and Carmelo's sympathy was always a cheerful note.

C'è un parcheggio per i clienti, le casette sono piccole ma funzionali, c'è una piccola piscina per chi volesse rilassarsi senza andare al mare che dista circa 800mt percorrendo gli irti vicoletti di Marina di Camerota. La famiglia che gestisce il residence è molto accogliente. We stayed at the residence in the first week of September, the residence offers all the comforts. There is a parking for customers, the houses are small but functional, there is a small swimming pool for those who want to relax without going to the sea which is about 800mt along the steep alleys of Marina di Camerota. The family that runs the residence is very welcoming.

Molto tranquillo, con piscina piccola, ma perfetta per i bambini. Un valore aggiunto sono sicuramente la Sig.ra Graziella ed il Sig. Carmelo, sempre gentili, disponibili, pronti a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza dei clienti. Li ho visti spesso lavorare anche durante il loro giorno libero, e questo aiuta a capire che persone eccezionali siano. Spero di tornare presto. Small residence, very well maintained. Optimal position to reach the beaches of the town (about 500/700 meters) and the center. Very quiet, with a small pool, but perfect for children. An added value are certainly Mrs. Graziella and Mr. Carmelo, always kind, available, ready to solve any customer need. I have often seen them work even on their day off, and this helps to understand what exceptional people they are. I hope to come back soon.
