★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima location, vicinissimo al mare, strategico come posizione soprattutto per chi ha bimbi. A due passi dal mare e dal centro e cmq di notte tranquilla senza sentire tutti i rumori della movida notturna ?
Plus i servizi come seggiolone, passeggino, servizio spiaggia e doccia esterna che aiutano un soggiorno in completo relax
 Excellent location, close to the sea, strategic as a position especially for those with children. A stone's throw from the sea and the center and cmq of quiet night without hearing all the noises of nightlife ?
Plus services such as high chair, stroller, beach service and outdoor shower that help you stay in complete relaxation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Sterne für die Lage und die super freundliche Fati der Rezeption !
Die Lage ist super schön, man hat Ausblick auf Palmen und einen schönen eigenen Außenbereich, sowie eine Dschterrasse mit Meerblick (Gemeinschaftlich). Man hat eigentlich alles was man braucht :)
Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider in der Saison nur eingeschränkt möglich, aber außerhalb der Saison kann man direkt um die Ecke parken.
Videoüberwachung und ein Ständig geschlossenes Tor vermitteln Sicherheit. Schade ist, dass man für 3 Türen 3 unterschiedliche Schlüssel braucht und auch zum rausgehen ein Schlüssel benötigt wird (keine türklinke am Tor). Die angebotene tägliche Reinigung ist überflüssig und müsste optional gehalten werden.
Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.

The location is super nice, you have a view of palm trees and a beautiful outdoor area, as well as a terrace with a sea view (shared). You actually have everything you need :)
Unfortunately, parking is only possible to a limited extent during the season, but outside of the season you can park right around the corner.
Video surveillance and a permanently closed gate provide security. It is a pity that you need 3 different keys for 3 doors and a key is also required to go out (no door handle on the gate). The offered daily cleaning is superfluous and should be kept optional.
All in all I am very satisfied.

1) pulizia giornaliera delle camere non adeguata al livello della struttura. Le donne delle pulizie incaricate anche del lavaggio e ricambio dell'acqua della vasca idromassaggio vedendo la stessa completamente sporca non si sono degnate neppure di cambiare l'acqua e/o segnalarlo in recepetion.
2) struttura senza il parcheggio auto ed essendo in zona ZTL non è possibile accedervi in auto ad eccezione del solo check in/out. Fare andata e ritorno con le borse della spesa e acqua dal supermercato a 38°C sotto al sole non è stato affatto una bella esperienza
Bravissima la ragazza Francesca in reception che si prende cura con amore della clientela.
Well-kept structure, the only sore notes were
1) daily cleaning of the rooms not adequate to the level of the structure. The cleaning ladies also in charge of washing and changing the water in the hot tub, seeing it completely dirty, did not even deign to change the water and / or report it in reception.
2) structure without car parking and being in the ZTL area it is not possible to access it by car except for check in / out only. Going back and forth with shopping bags and water from the supermarket at 38 ° C in the sun was not a good experience at all
Very good the girl Francesca at the reception who takes care of the customers with love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulizia, disponibilità, prezzo e distanza dalla spiaggia. Il residence è assolutamente family friendly, gli appartamenti sono luminosi e ben forniti. Ci sono delle docce all'entrata per potersi togliere la sabbia prima di accedere all'appartamento e anche un cestone di giochi da spiaggia in condivisione, essenziale per chi arriva in aereo e ha poco bagaglio.
Cleanliness, availability, price and distance from the beach. The residence is absolutely family friendly, the apartments are bright and well equipped. There are showers at the entrance to be able to remove the sand before entering the apartment and also a basket of shared beach games, essential for those arriving by plane and with little luggage.

Clean and nicely furnished apartments with private terraces right on the sea. Very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not have hot water in apartment. Every time the receptionist said they woul fix it but nothing changed. There was also terrible rumene throught the pipes. We also could not use the oven because when tourned it electricity threw out for the whole apartment. If we wanted to ure the microwave we need to put it on the floor because there was no space elsewhere. The apartment was also ful of flies. The aparment has only a nice look, excellent location and that is all.
