★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent for a 3 star restaurant. Comfy, good decor, air conditioned rooms, good restaurants. Even offers a private beach and a valet park service, which is essential in S. Vito. Excellent value for money too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is so so. My room was 700m away from the hotel, but I had a place to park my car which us nice. Still only 200m from.the beach which was nice but I didn't know this when I booked my room. Fun nonetheless and a nice apartment setup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spa is not included so don't be fooled. The rooms are small and the economy rooms forget about it. You can hear everything the toilet seat was broken the air conditioning was broken we requested they fixed it and he came but after he came it didn't work at all. We didn't bother saying anything. Maria our cleaning lady was amazing and came with a smile every day if only they all were like Maria???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, nice, clean rooms, good breakfast with fresh coffee,
directly located at a nice beach. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
By car you can go to a great natural reserve with even nicer beaches.
Closeby there is a beautiful mountain you can hike up.
Using the spa is not included in the room price.
In every hotel you have to pay an extra 5-6€ tourist tax per night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I had no reservation. Don't speak Italian. Didn't matter - Everyone was super-nice. Was able to get a room on the beach and it was great! The rooms are smaller- typical of a lot of European hotels - but perfect for us. Clean. Service excellent. Breakfast was good-included -continental. Used the spa and found it clean and the saunas (wet and dry) were amazing! I would absolutely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was on point! Sadly the staff seemed really unhappy and came across as rude. They were still helpful but it felt very cold and made us feel like we were really bothering them...other than that this place is magical! Naturally it is not a 5 star hotel so don't expect grand luxury but for the location and the absolute charm of San Vito lo Capo it is just perfect. We want to go back so badly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a good position, close to the centre. Unfortunately the Seaview was impeded by the Cous cous fest stands.
Breakfast buffet and dinner quality are good.
Our room was nice.
I have to point out that no one among the hotel staff members wore the face mask (apart from the waiters)
