★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residence pulito e curato. Sicuramente tra i migliori della zona, se non il migliore. La piscina viene pulita giornalmente indipendentemente dall'afflusso. La signora Annita è sempre presente e disponibile per la qualsiasi. Il mare, a soli 10 mt, offre tramonti mozzafiato. Lo consiglio vivamente.
 Clean and well-kept residence. Certainly among the best in the area, if not the best. The pool is cleaned daily regardless of the influx. Mrs. Annita is always present and available for any. The sea, just 10 meters away, offers breathtaking sunsets. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Wohnungen, Anita ist sooo klasse. Bei der Ausstattung fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten, ist aber zu verschmerzen. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, und dieser Strand ist super (breit, weicher, feiner Sand, flach abfallend). Es ist allerdings kein Ort, durch den man mal bummeln kann. Aber unbedingt empfehlenswert für Leute, die Ruhe suchen (allerdings ist die Straße tagsüber laut, dann ist Strand oder umliegende Kultur angesagt) Und nochmals: Die Resortleitung ist toll und gibt auch gute Tipps, hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen mit Sicherheit wieder hierhin.
Very nice apartments, Anita is sooo great. A few small things are missing in the equipment, but they are bearable. Short walk to the beach, and this beach is great (wide, soft, fine sand, gently sloping). However, it is not a place to stroll through. But definitely recommended for people who are looking for peace and quiet (although the street is noisy during the day, then the beach or the surrounding culture is hip) And again: The resort management is great and also gives good tips, always has an open ear. We felt very comfortable, will definitely come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellente struttura e splendido mare. Realmente a pochi passi dal mare in una zona molto asservita. Appartamento grande e confortevole, con area lavanderia e barbecue esterna in comune.
Excellent structure and beautiful sea. Really a few steps from the sea in a very subservient area. Large and comfortable apartment, with laundry area and shared outdoor barbecue.

Una struttura costruita con sapienza e gestita con oculatezza manutenuta con l'intelligenza del capo mastro che sa cosa comporta la trascuratezza. Ospitalità siciliana che ti accoglie come famiglia allargata. E poi il peperoncino raccolto nell'orticello accudito come fosse un figlio. Il profumo del basilico. Un'esperienza da ripetere.
Don Angelo! The history of Pozzallo, the milestone. Pearls of Sicilian wisdom of a lived man, soul of the Le Dune residence that fully reflects his strength. A structure built with wisdom and managed with care maintained with the intelligence of the master master who knows what neglect entails. Sicilian hospitality that welcomes you as an extended family. And then the chilli pepper collected in the vegetable garden looked after as if it were a child. The scent of basil. An experience to be repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family (two adults and three children) stayed at Le Dune Residence for a week in June 2017.
Despite arriving at midnight, we received a warm welcome from the owner. The apartment was equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, television, shower, balcony and air conditioners in both bedrooms.
There was a communal washing machine and brick pizza oven.
The children were delighted with the swimming pool and were regular visitors. The shallow end is about 1.20 metres and the deep end is about 2.00 metres. The pool was open from 9am to 1pm.. and from 4pm until late (closed for 'siesta' from 1pm to 4pm).
The flat, sandy beach was 20 metres across the road from our apartment, hidden by large dunes. The sea water was extremely warm, so there was no problem with the cold.
Every apartment had a parking space and access is controlled by an electric gate key. Having a car is critical. You can't survive without a car.
If you wanted a snack, ice cream or a drink, there is a shop about 400 metres away. The nearest small supermarket is 4km away on Via Kennedy in Santa Maria del Focalla (a small village). The closest major towns are Pozzallo at 8km and Ispica at 10km. Le Dune Residence is visited at 9am every morning by a 'bread and cheese' delivery man. Useful for breakfast.
Overall, we were delighted with our apartment, the swimming pool and proximity to the beach.
