Abbiamo riassaporato la cortesia della padrona di casa sempre pronta a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Abbiamo ritrovato Il mare favoloso, la spiaggia chilometrica e pulita ed inoltre è un punto di partenza per scoprire o rivedere i luoghi meravigliosi della nostra terra. Grazie anna maria per averci concesso un tuffo nel passato insieme ai nostri figli. Fabulous holiday. We stayed 19 years ago in this residence and found it to be identical. We have re-learned the courtesy of the lady of the house who is always ready to satisfy guests' needs. We have found The fabulous sea, the clean and mileage beach and it is also a starting point to discover or see the wonderful places of our land. Thanks Anna for giving us a dip in the past with our children.

Proprietaria gentilissima, molto attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Residence molto tranquillo, curato e situato in un'ottima posizione! Ottimo lavoro anche da parte dell'agenzia con cui é stata fatta la prenotazione, disponibile e molto professionale. Insomma un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente! We stayed in a lovely apartment at the sea residence for a week; very clean apartment with all the necessary accessories. Owner very kind, very attentive to the needs of its guests. Very quiet, well-kept residence in a great location! Great job also from the agency with which the reservation was made, available and very professional. In short, an experience to be repeated absolutely!

A due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi chilometri dal centro di Pozzallo. L' appartamento spazioso , pulito. e dotato di ogni confort . We spent a pleasant week in this cute little hotel relaxation and tranquility. A stone's throw from the beach and a few kilometers from the center of Pozzallo. The spacious, clean apartment. and equipped with every comfort. Congratulations to Ms Anna Maria for the management of the residence and the kindness and discretion with which she takes care of her guests. We will long remember your pleasant smile, thank you soon.

La posizione è strategica, puoi raggiungere facilmente posti da visitare perché la Sicilia offre tantissime bellezze artistiche. Il residence è una struttura curata e accogliente con piscina e ampia spiaggia a 50 metri mai affollata, acqua cristallina. Aggiungo a mio parere personale che la proprietaria signora Annamaria Vaccaro è una persona squisita, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti, discreta ma attenta; che dire tutto il contesto è fantastico. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente anche portando parenti e amici. Grazie Annamaria a presto ??? For the fourth consecutive year we returned to the sea residence and I repeat myself saying that it was a fantastic holiday. The location is strategic, you can easily reach places to visit because Sicily offers many artistic beauties. The residence is a well-kept and welcoming structure with a swimming pool and a large beach at 50 meters never crowded, crystal clear water. I add in my personal opinion that Ms. Vaccaro Annamaria owner is a nice person, always ready to satisfy every need of its guests, discreet but attentive; what to say the whole context is fantastic. Il posto e' tranquillo adatto alle famiglie in cerca di relax e tranquillita'. La gentilezza infinita della Sig.ra Vaccaro e' ammirevole. I spent two perfect weeks at the Residence del Mare in Santa Maria del Focallo. Clean, equipped with every comfort. The place is quiet suitable for families looking for relaxation and tranquility. The infinite kindness of Mrs. Vaccaro is admirable.

Appartamenti però poco forniti del necessario per cucinare e grave la mancanza dell'aria condizionata in sala da pranzo. Considerata la posizione e la frequente presenza di vento non si può sempre fare affidamento sulla terrazza fuori (tra l'altro poca privacy con i vicini). Lavanderia comune con gli altri appartamenti con sottinteso a me farebbe schifo usarla. Per questi 2 punti basterebbe veramente poco visto che sia in sala che in bagno sono predisposti gli attacchi rispettivamente del condizionatore e della lavatrice. Immagino sia dovuto anche alla scelta di avere un impianto elettrico a bassa potenza visto che al primo tentativo di arrangiarmi è saltata la corrente. Sconsigliata per lunghi periodi (oltre una settimana) a meno che non si abbia un familiare vicino. Great location for going to the beach. However, the apartments are poorly equipped with the necessary for cooking and the lack of air conditioning in the dining room is serious. Given the location and the frequent presence of wind, you cannot always rely on the terrace outside (among other things, little privacy with neighbors). Common laundry with the other apartments with implied to me it would suck to use it. For these 2 points, very little would be enough since the connections of the air conditioner and the washing machine are respectively set up in the living room and in the bathroom. I guess it is also due to the choice of having a low-power electrical system since the power went out on the first attempt to get by. Not recommended for long periods (over a week) unless you have a close family member.

La sig.ra Vaccaro, sempre disponibile e solerte ad esaudire le nostre richieste (a dire il vero, poche, visto che non ci è mancato proprio quasi nulla), ci ha coccolato senza mai essere minimamente invadente. Complimenti per la dotazione delle camere, lo stato perfetto di tenuta delle stesse e delle suppellettili presenti, per la piscina egregiamente pulita e per tutto il resto. Mare splendido, spiaggia pulita, panorami mozzafiato. Me, my wife and the little one stayed at the residence del mare from 05/09/2021 to today, 12/09/2021. We felt at home. Mrs. Vaccaro, always available and diligent to fulfill our requests (to tell the truth, few, since we lacked almost nothing), pampered us without ever being in the least intrusive. Congratulations on the equipment of the rooms, the perfect state of maintenance of the same and of the furnishings present, for the perfectly clean swimming pool and for everything else. Beautiful sea, clean beach, breathtaking views.
