L	Luigia Capriglione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulizia, comfort, appartamenti completi di ogni cosa... Pace e serenità intorno, ed il mare dall'altro lato della strada. Veramente un'oasi in cui trascorrere le giornate giuste per rilassarsi e fare vacanza ed un punto base ottimo per le innumerevoli possibili escursioni nelle vicinanze.. Molto soddisfatta della scelta fatta che consiglio vivamente. Cleanliness, comfort, apartments complete with everything ... Peace and serenity around, and the sea on the other side of the road. Truly an oasis in which to spend the right days to relax and have a holiday and an excellent base for the countless possible excursions in the vicinity .. Very satisfied with the choice made which I highly recommend.

Avevamo chiesto di prendere possesso dell'appartamento da lunedì mattina ci è stato risposto che gli affitti andavano da sabato a sabato, pagata l'intera tariffa,siamo giunti alle 11 del mattino di lunedì ma l'appartamento non era ancora pulito. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato risposto in modo vago,senza volere pensare male,ci viene qualche dubbio visto che affittano a 400 € per un weekend. Ci è stato proibito di invitare a pranzo una congiunta,per pericolo di contagio, ma il gestore invitava tutte le sere parenti e amici .Una sera abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di una mezza dozzina di adolescenti , pare fossero nipoti e affini del titolare ,che hanno usato la piscina (poco più di una vasca da bagno).Scarsa e scadente l'attrezzatura della cucina. La struttura si trova adiacente ad un ristorante, Il Braciere,dal quale ogni sera arrivavano effluvi di carne arrostita The negative judgment derives from a set of evaluations. Ogni appartamento al suo interno è formato da una zona cucina, un ampio bagno e due stanze da letto.Struttura molto pulita e veramente tranquilla. Il nome dice davvero tutto, infatti basta attraversare la strada per gustarsi un dei mari più belli della sicilia. Ottima qualità prezzo, servizio clienti un po' da migliorare. Excellent facility equipped with all the comforts from the pool to the air conditioning in the room. Each apartment has a kitchen area, a large bathroom and two bedrooms. Very clean and very quiet. The name really says it all, in fact it is enough to cross the street to enjoy one of the most beautiful seas of Sicily. Excellent quality for the price, customer service a little to improve.
F	Francesco Mazzola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, appartamenti ben arredati, è molto comoda dal punto di vista logistico se ci si vuole spostare per raggiungere Ragusa, Modica, Scicli e le altre località di interesse turistico del ragusano. Il mare, cristallino, è a meno di 50 mt. basta attraversare la strada e siete su una spiaggia di sabbia finissima. La struttura dispone cmq di una bella e grande piscina con solarium. Consigliato!! Well-kept and clean structure, well-furnished apartments, it is very convenient from a logistical point of view if you want to move to reach Ragusa, Modica, Scicli and other places of tourist interest in the Ragusa area. The crystal clear sea is less than 50 meters away. just cross the road and you are on a beach of very fine sand. The structure has cmq of a beautiful and large swimming pool with solarium. Recommended!!

La piscina molto pulita e ben organizzata. Un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente! Beautiful residence, very nice and clean. The comfortable, cozy and clean apartment. The owner very kind and very helpful. The pool is very clean and well organized. A relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

Mare stupendo, spiaggia super pulita, gli appartamenti spaziosi e confortevoli, massima pulizia, per completare in bellezza una bella piscina all'interno del residence ideale sia per i bambini che per i grandi. Il parcheggio privato del residence e la presenza dei proprietari che vivono li lo rendono super tranquillo e sicuro. Punto strategico anche per chi volesse visitare Pozzallo a soli 3 km, Ispica, Ragusa e Pachino. Lo consiglio al 100% ci ritornerò A corner of paradise, it seems to live in an Oasis, ideal for families with children. Wonderful sea, super clean beach, spacious and comfortable apartments, maximum cleanliness, to complete a beautiful swimming pool inside the residence, ideal for both children and adults. The residence's private parking and the presence of the owners who live make it super quiet and safe. Strategic point also for those wishing to visit Pozzallo just 3 km away, Ispica, Ragusa and Pachino. I recommend it 100% I will be back
