M	Mirko Fava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il centro storico di ortigia e' molto suggestivo e caratteristico, il residence si trova in una buona posizione ed ha tutti i servizi a portata di mano,il proprietario e' molto cordiale e disponibile ed e'venuto a prendermi alla stazione con la sua minuta e rumorosa auto.le camere sono molto pulite ed accoglienti. .La coppia disponibilissima nel dare tutte le indicazioni sulla mappa ed a consigliare le prelibatezze del luogo,in particolare la fidanzata ha saputo consigliarci dei vini squisiti.ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.consigliatissimo! the historic center of ortigia is very suggestive and characteristic, the residence is in a good position and has all the services at hand, the owner is very friendly and helpful and came to pick me up at the station with his minute and noisy car rooms are very clean and welcoming. L.'appartamentino ampio e pulito. Anche il nostro cagnolino si è trovato bene! Ortigia is worth a visit: interesting, welcoming, lively. The residence Damarete is well managed, Mr. Raffaele and his girlfriend are kind and helpful. L. large and clean apartment. Even our little dog felt good!

Il proprietario (Raffaele) persona dolcissima, ci ha occupato un posto gratuito (quasi impossibile in Ortigia) con la sua macchina, e si è poi spostato a piedi fino al nostro arrivo, ci ha anche dato diverse dritte su dove andare a mangiare. Torneremo sicuramente beautiful apartment, very clean, equipped with every comfort, with new and modern furnishings. The owner (Raffaele) sweet person, has occupied us one free (almost impossible in Ortigia) with his car, and then moved on foot until our arrival, he also gave us several tips on where to eat. We will definitely be back

Il residence è in una posizione centralissima, la stanza si presenta subito bene.. profumata, lenzuola fresche e pulite, climatizzata, fornita di un firgorifero, inoltre l’apprtamento era davvero pulito. Super consigliato!!!! First of all I would like to congratulate the owner of the residence, extremely available and super-courteous! The residence is in a central location, the room looks now well .. fragrant, crisp clean sheets, air-conditioned, equipped with a coolbox, plus the apprtamento was really clean. Super recommended !!!!

La localización es inmejorable, prácticamente al lado del mar, y de una zona con acceso al baño. También de todos los puntos de interés. Raffaele, el propietario, cuidadoso en todo momento con nosotras, muy amable al recogernos de la estación del bus en coche puesto que no tenía por qué hacerlo. El apartamento, habiendo varios, muy cómodo y limpio. Nos recomendó varios sitios para comer y también visitar, además de ofrecerse a cualquier tipo de gestión, reserva o llamada, nos lo hizo fácil. Si volviese a Ortigia repetiría en Damarete, sólo puedo tener buenas palabras, lo recomiendo. I stayed at the Damarete Residence in Ortigia for three days for vacation, being the most beautiful area of Syracuse. The location is unbeatable, practically next to the sea, and in an area with access to the bathroom. Also of all points of interest. Raffaele, the owner, careful with us at all times, very kind when picking us up from the bus station by car since he did not have to. The apartment, having several, very comfortable and clean. Pulito, spazioso, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. La struttura ha una posizione eccellente: nel cuore della splendida Ortigia, a due passi (davvero!) dall’accesso al meraviglioso mare. Inoltre, il proprietario, Raffaele, è una persona capace e disponibile, attenta e sempre presente, senza mai risultare invadente. Per noi è stata una vacanza indimenticabile tra mare, bellezze culturali e sapori della Sicilia. Se torneremo ad Ortigia, ci fermeremo di sicuro ancora qui. My husband and I stayed a week in the Damerete apartment in August 2020. Clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The property has an excellent location: in the heart of the beautiful Ortigia, a stone's throw (really!) From the access to the wonderful sea. Furthermore, the owner, Raffaele, is a capable and helpful person, attentive and always present, without ever being intrusive. For us it was an unforgettable holiday between the sea, cultural beauties and flavors of Sicily. If we return to Ortigia, we will definitely stop here again.

Il residence è a due passi dal mare di Ortigia, posto splendido, lo consiglio sicuramente a tutti!! My boyfriend and I stayed at the Damarete residence for a week, what can I say? Clean room, comfortable furniture. The very kind owner. The residence is a stone's throw from the sea of Ortigia, a splendid place, I definitely recommend it to everyone !!

Ci ha fatto cambiare la biancheria a Metà soggiorno. Unico neo la camera a piano terra è molto rumorosa. We have stayed for a week. Raffaele super host, available and always present. The room was clean and well furnished. He made us change the linen at Half stay. The only drawback is the ground floor room is very noisy.
