★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto tranquillo. Il cortile fiorito e ordinato veramentr rilassante. Posizione ottina a due passi dal centro e dal porto e vicino alla spiaggia. Stanze pulite e confortevoli e Silvia perfetta padrona di casa disponibile a cordiale. Mi sono fermata li 8 giorni stupendi.. nessun problema.
Quiet place. The flowery courtyard is neatly relaxing. Ottina location a stone's throw from the center and the port and close to the beach. Clean and comfortable rooms and Silvia perfect hostess available to friendly. I stopped 8 wonderful days there .. no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non ho dormito in struttura. Sconsiglio di pernottare se si voglia utilizzare il BONUS VACANZA 2020. Adotta un rincaro rispetto al prezzo presente sui portali di prenotazione come Booking quasi pari al valore del Bonus.
Sconsiglio!
I state that I have not slept in the structure. I do not recommend staying overnight if you want to use the 2020 HOLIDAY BONUS. Adopt an increase compared to the price present on the booking portals such as Booking almost equal to the value of the Bonus.
I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'accoglienza del signor Maurizio è stata impeccabile, con la pioggia è venuto a darci il benvenuto e ci ha aiutate nello scarico bagagli, Appartamento in un cortile privato, silenzio e riservato. Ottima la posizione! A due passi dal centro storico e dal lungomare, economico il parcheggio 0,10 cent in una piazza controllata da polizia e carabinieri. Per chi vuole fare un viaggio alla scoperta di Trapani e delle meraviglie della zona ( Segesta, Erice, Marsala, Degustazioni in cantina) consiglio il soggiorno al Cortile Antico. Ci ritornero' !!
Mr. Maurizio's welcome was impeccable, with the rain he came to welcome us and helped us unload the luggage, Apartment in a private courtyard, quiet and reserved. Great location! A stone's throw from the historic center and the seafront, the 0.10 cent parking is cheap in a square controlled by the police and carabinieri. For those who want to take a trip to discover Trapani and the wonders of the area (Segesta, Erice, Marsala, tastings in the cellar) I recommend a stay at the Ancient Courtyard. I'll be back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un appartamento vedendo le foto online: nel sito si vedeva in affitto un locale ampio e spazioso con ampio bagno a 230 euro per 4 notti. All'arrivo abbiamo pagato la stessa cifra ma siamo Stati alloggiati in un locale piccolissimo con un bagno ancora più piccolo.
Pulizia totalmente ASSENTE: Trovata Peluria nel bagno e unghia a terra, per non parlare di una mosca schiacciata al muro.
PULIZIA altrettanto assente durante i 4 giorni di pernottamento. E un odore sgradevole nonostante abbia lasciato la finestra aperta costantemente. Risultato: appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto farci da soli le pulizie che non erano nemmeno state fatte.
A tutto ciò si aggiunge frigo spento all'arrivo e condizionatore presente ma staccato. Non ci ritornerei nemmeno gratis
I booked an apartment by seeing the photos online: on the site you could see a large and spacious room with a large bathroom for rent at 230 euros for 4 nights. Upon arrival we paid the same amount but stayed in a very small room with an even smaller bathroom.
Totally ABSENT cleaning: Found hair in the bathroom and nail on the ground, not to mention a fly squashed on the wall.
CLEANING equally absent during the 4 days of overnight stay. And an unpleasant smell despite having left the window open constantly. Result: as soon as we arrived we had to do the cleaning ourselves which had not even been done.
To all this is added the fridge turned off on arrival and the air conditioner present but detached. I wouldn't even go back for free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Place. 50 meters from one of the main streets. 50 meters to the nearest bakery. 500 meters to the bus/train station. Wi-Fi. Good. We had no issues during our stay. Personnel very helpful and friendly. Good English (that's a real treasure for the non-Italian tourist).
- Dark rooms, I was hoping to have at least one ordinary window, but there was no such. Noisy neighbors, we heard all steps of the guests who lived above us. Small/tiny bathroom. So if you are wearing XXL or bigger T-shirts this place will not be good for you as you will not be able to enter the shower or use the toilet.
