P	Pietro Ruggirello, Consulente. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Trattati da clienti di serie B, personale della reception con la puzza sotto il naso”: Ci rivolgiamo alla struttura per usufruire della piscina da esterni, non come ospiti. GG. prima ci informiamo delle tariffe per il 14 agosto 2015, il giorno interessato ci presentiamo e ci informano che le tariffe sono diverse, più alte, nonostante le ns. rimostranze ci confermano le tariffe più alte. Durante lo spiacevole colloquio il personale della reception ci ribadisce, per ben due volte, con la puzza sotto il naso, che con la nostra auto non potevamo posteggiare nel parcheggio della struttura ma bensì fuori. Ci siamo sentiti trattati da clienti di serie B, allorché abbiamo deciso di andare in una vicina piscina a 10 minuti di auto presso la località di Buseto Palizzolo, trattati con garbo e simpatia, rimediando ad una giornata ch'era iniziata sotto i cattivi auspici. We felt treated by B-series customers, when we decided to go to a nearby swimming pool 10 minutes by car at the town of Buseto Palizzolo, treated with grace and sympathy, remedying a day that had begun under bad auspices.
U	Uriel Patix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il parcheggio, per chi usufruisce della piscina, è esterno ....ma la strada è poco trafficata e quindi si parcheggia tranquillamente. Il personale alla reception mi è sembrato molto paziente, professionale, educato e simpatico (soprattutto la ragazza ?). In piscina è obbligatorio l'uso della cuffia ed è vietato portare cibi (anche se ho visto lo stesso gente mangiare panini appena il bagnino alle 13:30 chiudeva l'accesso alla piscina) dalle 13:30 alle 15:30 (se non ricordo male!!!) la piscina è "chiusa" cioè il bagnino va via ma si può usufruire lo stesso della piscina solo che, se dovesse accadere qualcosa in quel lasso di tempo, sono cavoli vostri. L'acqua della piscina...(forse dipende dai giorni) ma non mi é sembrata il massimo...se andate con gli occhialini sott'acqua noterete di tutto ??...penso che la notte l'acqua non venga pulita a dovere o che i filtri ormai siano obsoleti o non fanno bene il loro lavoro. Cmq ho notato che il bagnino più anziano controllava la qualità dell'acqua con i test.? I bagni pubblici sono ormai vecchi, andrebbero risistemati....ma nel complesso sembrerebbero puliti. C'è un piccolo bar ....ma i prezzi per le bevande (coca cola, birra ecc ecc) sono "pompati"....ed i gelati sono presi a 4 soldi dall'MD (nei paraggi) e poi venduti caramente. In conclusione, il posto è particolare e rilassante...andrebbero riviste solo alcune cose. The parking, for those who use the pool, is outside .... but the road is not very busy and therefore you can park safely. The staff at the reception seemed very patient, professional, polite and nice to me (especially the girl ?). The use of swimming caps is mandatory in the pool and it is forbidden to bring food (although I saw the same people eating sandwiches as soon as the lifeguard closed the access to the pool at 13:30) from 13:30 to 15:30 (if I remember correctly !!!) the pool is "closed" that is the lifeguard goes away but you can use the pool anyway only that, if something should happen in that period of time, I am your cabbages. The water in the swimming pool ... (maybe it depends on the days) but it didn't seem the best ... if you go underwater with goggles you will notice everything ?? ... I think the water is not clean at night properly or that the filters are now obsolete or do not do their job well. Anyway I noticed that the older lifeguard checked the water quality with the tests The public toilets are now old, they should be rearranged .... but overall they would seem clean. There is a small bar .... but the prices for drinks (coke, beer etc etc) are "pumped" .... and the ice creams are bought at 4 sous from the MD (nearby) and then sold dearly. In conclusion, the place is special and relaxing ... only a few things should be reviewed.
S	Salvatore D'amico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attività con ottime potenzialità ma con un rapporto qualità prezzo non conforme ai luoghi. La struttura non è sicuramente da asseverare a 4 stelle. La manica larga dei funzionari della pubbllica amministrazione preposti provoca notevole discrasia nelle attese di clienti provenienti da altre regioni d'Italia. Sarebbe auspicabile un corpo ispettivo a carattere nazionale ed europeo che possa esprimere utilizzando i medesimi criteri la classificazione delle strutture. Activities with excellent potential, but with a value for money does not conform to the sites. The structure is certainly not to be certified to 4 stars. The wide sleeve of the officials in charge of the administration of public administration causes considerable discrepancy in the expectations of customers from other regions of Italy. It would be desirable to have a national and European inspection body that can express the classification of the structures using the same criteria.
A	Andrea Martinico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io faccio lo staff di un grest ed oggi in gita siamo andati a fare una gita a Torre Xiare. Siamo stati nelle piscine. Sono presenti due piscine una per i bambini più piccoli ed una con diversi livelli di profondità. Inoltre fuori dalla piscina ci sono anche Delle sedie sdraio sotto degli ombrelloni per rilassarsi. E per chi ama il calcio sono presenti dei campi di calcio a 5 ma anche campi di tennis. I am the staff of a grest and today on a trip we went for a trip to Torre Xiare. We have been in the pools. There are two swimming pools, one for younger children and one with different depth levels. Also outside the pool there are also some deckchairs under the umbrellas to relax. And for those who love football there are 5-a-side football fields but also tennis courts.
G	Gabbygub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo luogo per andare sia con famiglia sia con amici, piscina per bambini pulitissima, piscina per adulti accessibile anche ai bambini pulitissima dotata di una prima parte dove vi possano toccare anche i bambini, fino ad arrivata ad una parte alta 2,5 metri. Bar ottimo, alloggi puliti e ottimi. Staff molto cordiale e gentile. Dotata anche di un "teatro" dove vi si può andare ad assistere la sera a spettacoli molto carino. Great place to go both with family and friends, clean pool for children, swimming pool for adults also accessible to children very clean with a first part where you can also touch the children, up to a high part 2.5 meters. Great bar, clean and excellent accommodation. Very friendly and kind staff. Also equipped with a "theater" where you can go to watch the evening very nice shows.
A	ALESSANDRO BARONE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso un capodanno in questa meravigliosa struttura le camere sono abbastanza grandi con TV e cassaforte, La struttura è composta da lunghi viali con villette singole dotate di aria condizionata e pompa di calore. Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend e abbiamo mangiato veramente bene i Cibo ottimodi qualità ed abbondante un'ottima colazione la mattina sicuramente ritornerò in questo splendido posto Complimenti all'organizzazione e allo staff. We spent a New Year in this wonderful structure the rooms are quite large with TV and safe, The structure consists of long boulevards with individual villas with air conditioning and heat pump. We stayed for a weekend and we ate the food very well, excellent quality and a great breakfast in the morning I will definitely come back to this wonderful place. Congratulations to the organization and to the staff.
