K	Katharina Mg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!! Wir waren eine Gruppe von Mädels welche sich ein paar feine Tage im April in Bardolino machen wollten. Leider war das Wetter regnerisch und daher kalt, wir wollten die Heizkörper im Zimmer anmachen da wir die erste Nacht mega zu kalt hatten, jedoch mussten wir dafür in der Rezeption nachfragen wo uns gesagt wurde das würde 20€ pro Zimmer noch extra kosten…nach einiger Zeit wurde dann sogar uns per E-mail mitgeteilt dass 40€ berechnet werden würde… Beim check out waren wir um 10:20 (check out wäre bis 10:00) noch in den Zimmern um die Koffer hinunterzutragen, da kam der Eigentümer in die Zimmer gestürmt, hat uns wie wild angeschrien und gedroht er würde uns eine Nacht hinzurechnen wenn wir nicht innerhalb 5Minuten aus dem Haus sind!! Wirklich null Respekt und gar keine Gastfreundlichkeit… Assolutamente da SCONSIGLIARE!! Camere fredde e da pagare 40€ in più per riscaldamento e proprietario ci gridava quando eravamo 20min. In ritardo per il checkout e ci minaccava dicendo che dobbiamo pagare una notte in più se non andiamo via in 5 minuti… Absolutely not recommended!!! We were a group of girls who wanted to spend some nice days in Bardolino in April. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and therefore cold, we wanted to turn on the radiators in the room because we were too cold the first night, but we had to ask at the reception where we were told that it would cost an extra 20€ per room... after a while We were then even informed by e-mail that €40 would be charged... When we checked out, we were still in the room at 10:20 am (check out would be until 10:00 am) to carry our suitcases downstairs when the owner stormed into the room, yelled at us like mad and threatened that he would add an extra night to us we are not out of the house within 5 minutes!! M	Mirko W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle schöne Zimmer mit schönen Dekorationen. Ein Zimmer hat eine riesige Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick auf den See. Man kann auch bei Regen Tischtennis geschützt unter dem Dach spielen oder sich bei den Getränkeautomaten auf den Sesseln es sich gemütlich machen. Das Schwimmbad ist ein wenig kalt aber an einem heißen Sommertag genau ideal. An der Rezeption wird man freundlich und höfflich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind an gewissen Stellen nicht perfekt sauber, aber sonst alles perfekt. Great nice rooms with nice decorations. One room has a huge terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. You can play table tennis under the roof, even when it rains, or make yourself comfortable on the armchairs at the drinks machine. The swimming pool is a little cold but ideal on a hot summer day. At the reception you will be welcomed in a friendly and polite manner. The rooms are not perfectly clean in certain places, but everything else is perfect.
