★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed here twice now, both times for 5 days, the hotel is in a perfect central location. The large rooms have a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom and are very clean. Staff are always helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Biella is a very nice and safe town, with lots of small individual shops and some very interesting old buildings. The old town is well worth a visit with the funicular and a very nice restaurant in the square. This is definately our preferred hotel in Biella and we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always stay in this hotel when we are in the area. It has a secure car-park (free), and good variety of food for breakfast (which is normally included in the price). Very helpful staff. Rooms are traditionally decorated and clean. City centre location, so walking distance to main shops, restaurants etc.
