C	Carlo “SHaZer4o1” De Benedictis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of food for the buffet breakfast, with hand made pies that are very good. Rooms are clean and good looking and even if you are near the railroad the windows have good sound insulation.

The room was comfortable and clean and they look forward to their next opportunity to stay there again when next they visit. They entertained family at the restaurant and everyone was delighted with the entire experience. Mille Grazie!
K	Kellie Remacle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man at the front desk was very deceitful in offering us an upgraded room for a certain fee and having me sign the paper agreeing to pay the 20€ fee and then checking off the box that states per night after he told me per stay. The pen he used to mark the per night was different than the one that he and I signed the form with but still owner did not honour what I was told and charged my card. Had no air conditioning. Complained to the front desk twice a day for our 3 night stay and every time they said someone would be up to fix it. Was never offered a different room or compensation. And the wifi is a joke it disconnects you multiple times in a day and you have to log back into the wifi like you were at the airport with your name phone number and email address each time. The food at breakfast was not very good at all. The juice and pastries were delicious but everything else was not good. The hotel is no smoking but the hall and our room smelled like cigarettes. This hotel barely deserves 2 stars , definitely not 4.
F	Ferry Utomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 4 person room and the room was huge. The room is clean and the cleaner came very quicly after we left the room for breakfast. The bathroom is very large and clean. The only thing is there's no curtain or whatsoever; so it's hard to keep the rest of the floor dry. We found only 3 Italian power socket (the one with 3 holes) and 1 EU (round one) power socket; in the hotel room. The EU power socket is quite far from the desk or from the bed, so it's not possible to work from the desk nor the bed. I need to charge the laptop and unplug it from the power socket. I don't have any problem with the WIFI though, the connection was flawless. I think the breakfast was standard included. We got it complementary. Though the food was simple but it's nice. The hotel is well located. It's not too busy outside but you can still hear cars passing by from inside the room. The swimming pool was not free. You'll need to pay 10 euros, unless you rent the suite.
S	Sandy S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Easter lunch menu and the gentlemen working there were so charming. Had a great experience. The food is delicious too so you cannot go wrong on any level just the blonde lady at the front desk could improve her hospitality skills. She’s not very nice.
R	Raphael Cloitre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very great place to spend holidays. Staff are friendly and we feel good. We had a family room and it was a huge one. Fantastic bathroom. Restaurant is also a good place to eat some quality food. On the terrace you have a very small pool but 2 beautiful spas you can enjoy with a drink. A place to recommend.

R	Robert Perry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, with plenty of parking and a good location (15 mins walk to town and on the ring road). The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had a really good night's sleep. Breakfast is good. Views aren't spectacular (train line/car park) but you can't have everything. Well worth it for a business trip or short trip.
