★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. In dem Restaurant im Innenhof ist jeden Tag Livemusik bis 23:00 Uhr. Muss man mögen. Kein Autodurchgangsverkehr. Komplett und schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit 70 m² im Dachgeschoss. Haben sehr gut geschlafen. Zimmerservice zwischendurch. Tiefgarage, muss man bei der Buchung aber extra angeben. Angegliedertes Restaurant zur Straße hin bietet gute Qualität und anständige Weine. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
 Very central and still quiet. In the restaurant in the courtyard there is live music every day until 11 p.m. You have to like it. No through traffic. Completely and nicely equipped apartment with 70 m² in the attic. Slept very well. Room service in between. Underground car park, but you have to specify it when booking. Attached restaurant facing the street offers good quality and decent wines. We felt very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren als Geschäftsreisende auf der Durchreise, für eine Nacht. Sehr schönes, großzügiges Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, sehr schöne Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich. Toller Service für die Schlüsselübergabe, perfekte Beschreibung des Parkplatzes und mitten im Zentrum von Bardolino gelegen, nur wenige Schritte zur wunderschönen Uferpromenade in Bardolino.
We were passing through on business for one night. Very nice, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, very nice kitchen, living and dining area. Great service for handing over the keys, perfect description of the parking lot and located right in the center of Bardolino, just a few steps from the beautiful Bardolino waterfront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancora prima di prenotare o ricevere un preventivo vengo frenato dalla maleducazione della receptionist. Lavoro nel turismo da molto tempo e la prima cosa che mi hanno insegnato è l'educazione e un bel sorriso. Ho mandato mail 4 giorni fa e non ho mai avuto risposta. Mi sono permesso di chiamare per chiedere fosse arrivata la mia mail di richiesta preventivo, alla prima telefonata sono stato rimandato al giorno successivo perchè la posta non poteva essere controllata. Il giorno successivo ho fatto il mio grande errore di telefonare per verificare solo se fosse pervenuta la mia mail, alchè sono stato attaccato da una signora che si è definita receptionist, che mi ha semplicemente risposto che lei preventivi a chi ha un'agenzia di viaggio non li fa e lavora solo con i suoi clienti diretti. Peccato che le ho spiegato che sarebbe stato un interesse personale e non le avrei chiesto nessuna riduzione sul prezzo, ma secondo una sua selezione mentale ha deciso che a me il preventivo non lo faceva. Me l'ha comunicato in maniera davvero maleducata. Forse è meglio che i suoi titolari insegnino meglio l'accoglienza. alla signora. Cordiali Saluti
Even before booking or receiving a quote, I am held back by the rudeness of the receptionist. I have been working in tourism for a long time and the first thing they taught me is education and a beautiful smile. I emailed 4 days ago and never got a reply. I took the liberty of calling to ask if my email requesting a quote had arrived, at the first phone call I was postponed to the next day because the mail could not be checked. The next day I made my big mistake of phoning only to check if my email had been received, after which I was attacked by a lady who called herself a receptionist, who simply replied that she quotes to those who have a travel agency he doesn't do them and works only with his direct clients. Too bad I explained to her that it would have been a personal interest and I would not have asked her for any reduction on the price, but according to her mental selection she decided that the quote did not do it for me. He communicated it to me in a really rude way. Perhaps it is better that its owners teach hospitality better. to the Lady. Kind regards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous location right in the centre of Bardolino only 2 minutes walk to Lake Garda. Appartments are clean and spacious with everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, we stayed before the official season start, so nice & quiet. The negatives first... the parking faculties are difficult, the kitchen has no extraction fan so all windows open when cooking. The sat tv is also not much chop with bad reception ? besides the negatives the apartment is tasteful & is well equipped, would come again?
