Ansonst sehr zu empfehlen Nice accommodation and good value for money. The only disturbing thing was the bathroom door which unfortunately could not be closed quietly. Otherwise highly recommended

Struttura pulita dotata dei confort necessari, rapporto qualità/prezzo più che soddisfacente. v	vero B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residenza già di per sé bella: una villa a schiera che si affaccia su di un piccolo cortile privato, curato e confortevole, in cui è possibile rilassarsi sedendosi al tavolino o all'ombra di un ulivo. La struttura su tre livelli è così disposta : al piano superiore tre camere matrimoniali tutte col televisore e un bagno con doccia e vasca, al piano terra un secondo bagno essenziale coi soli sanitari, la cucina abitabile e una grande sala accogliente mentre al piano inferiore c'è la taverna particolarmente ampia, oltre al divano e al letto matrimoniale infatti vi è spazio per un vero e proprio salotto con tavolo da pranzo e dispone anch'essa di uno spazioso bagno privato (ideale per una coppia che necessita di maggiore privacy). La pulizia è ottima. Il luogo sembra tranquillo. Mi ha colpito l'atmosfera familiare degli arredi in legno, degli spazi luminosi ma funzionali. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto un ragazzo gentile e solare che ci ha fornito una mappa del posto e numerosi suggerimenti per attività da fare sul territorio. Il cane è stato accettato ma ha richiesto un supplemento di 15€ per la successiva sanificazione. Le piccole cortesie che ho molto apprezzato: - la macchina per caffè in cucina di ottima qualità con a disposizione una cialda a testa -la bottiglietta di acqua a persona Punti dolenti: -la mancanza di un sistema di raccolta differenziata (non so se per questioni legate alla gestione dei rifiuti del territorio) Le camere NON sono accessibili a persone in sedia a rotelle. Residence in itself beautiful: a terraced villa overlooking a small private courtyard, well-kept and comfortable, where you can relax sitting at a table or in the shade of an olive tree. The three-level structure is arranged as follows: on the upper floor three double bedrooms all with TV and a bathroom with shower and tub, on the ground floor a second essential bathroom with only sanitary ware, the kitchen and a large welcoming room while on the lower floor there is 'is the particularly large tavern, in addition to the sofa and the double bed in fact there is space for a real living room with a dining table and also has a spacious private bathroom (ideal for a couple who needs more privacy). Cleaning is great. The place seems peaceful. I was struck by the familiar atmosphere of the wooden furnishings, the bright but functional spaces. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a kind and cheerful guy who provided us with a map of the place and numerous suggestions for activities to do in the area. The dog was accepted but required a supplement of € 15 for the subsequent sanitation. The little courtesies that I greatly appreciated: - the coffee machine in the kitchen of excellent quality with one pod available per person - a bottle of water per person Pain points: - the lack of a separate collection system (I don't know if for issues related to the management of waste in the area) The rooms are NOT wheelchair accessible.
