A very meticulous and pampering place. Everything is very clean and tidy on a daily basis. The apartment is very well equipped and the location is excellent.

Wonderful place, the apartment is spacious and clean, the pool is sensational. Benedita tries very hard and is happy to invite you for coffee.

Change the address which is wrong! It is not in Via Trieste 13 in Desenzano del Garda! My judgment is not for the B&B as I have never been there but for the lack of attention. Wrong address! I have been waiting for Google for more than 3 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ferienwohung wird mit attraktiven Bildern eines Hauses mit großen Glasfronten, vor einem gepflegten Pool, mit traumhaften Panoramablick über den Gardasee, beworben.
Achtung: Dieses auf den Photos abgebildete schöne Haus und die gemütliche Terrasse wird exklusiv von den Vermietern und ihren Kindern bewohnt.
Tatsächlich vermietet wird nur eine kleine Einliegerwohnung über der Garage, einen Stock tiefer ohne jede Aussicht und auch ohne Terrasse !
Der Poolbereich kann von den Mietern mitbenützt werden.
In einiger Entfernung des attraktiven (von den Vermietern bewohnten) Hauses sind für die Mieter ein Plastiktisch und Liegen bereitgestellt.
Wir haben uns leider von den schönen Bildern täuschen lassen und irrtümlich angenommen dass sich die Wohnung im attraktiven Haus neben dem Pool befindet.
Wenn wir gewusst hätten dass sich die kleine Mietwohnung einen Stock tiefer über der Garage befindet und über keine eigene Terrasse und keinen Ausblick auf den Gardasee verfügt hätten wir hier ganz sicher nicht gebucht !
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht angemessen.
The holiday apartment is advertised with attractive pictures of a house with large glass fronts, in front of a well-kept pool, with a fantastic panoramic view over Lake Garda.
Attention: This beautiful house and the cozy terrace shown in the photos is exclusively inhabited by the landlords and their children.
In fact, only a small apartment above the garage is rented, one floor below without any view and without a terrace!
The pool area can be used by the tenants.
A plastic table and loungers are provided for the tenants at some distance from the attractive house (inhabited by the landlords).
Unfortunately, we were fooled by the beautiful pictures and mistakenly assumed that the apartment is in the attractive house next to the pool.
If we had known that the small rental apartment is one floor below the garage and that it does not have its own terrace and no view of Lake Garda, we would certainly not have booked it here!
The price / performance ratio is not appropriate.
