I have been living here for more than three years in a two-room apartment, taking advantage of the internal cleaning service which is not compulsory (those who want to provide for themselves with the structure that provides clean linen); the residence is quiet located in a good area of Rome not too far from the center to which it is well connected, the friendly staff is always available and the price is absolutely adequate for the offer.

Appartamenti ben arredati e forniti di tutto. Nel residence regnano il silenzio e la pulizia. Le persone che ci lavorano disponibilissime e sempre gentili. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare il sig. Ivano della reception che ci ha seguiti e consigliati nella scelta dell’appartamento e durante il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo presto con grande piacere perché ci avete fatto sentire a casa. Residence located near the center and the Vatican. Well connected by public transport and very close to the Roma Balduina railway station. Nicely furnished apartments equipped with everything. Silence and cleanliness reign in the residence. The people who work there extremely available and always kind. I would like to thank in particular Mr. Ivano of the reception who followed us and advised us in choosing the apartment and during our stay. We will be back soon with great pleasure because you have made us feel at home.

Per chi ama farsi un caffè appena sveglio è un'ottima soluzione. Excellent solution for a few nights or for long periods. One and two bedroom apartments, clean, well heated, all apartments have a balcony or terrace. For those who love to make a coffee as soon as they wake up it is an excellent solution.
