★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: Very good location minutes away from the Vatican, very clean room. Loved the rooftop terrace. Con: Although there is 24h reception the front door was always locked and you had to buzz them to open every time. Room and beds were quite small.

We had an unpleasant surprise arriving in Rome as our initially booked place to stay (9,4 Rating on booking.com and booked through this site) was a real disappointment. Nobody was there. Nobody in the street ever heart about this place and the lady we called then told us to wait there 2 hours until she arrives.
We told her not to make a fuss about us.. we will move along and found right around the corner THIS AWESOME PLACE.
We asked at the reception for room. The young lady showed us one and we were completly happy - clean - tidy - small sweet balcony - nice Kindbed - modern glass shower.
So we thought - wow how lucky we are... NO - We had not seen the breakfast yet!
It took place on a beautiful terrace - nice buffet - and then there was a nice lady serving us with so much love.. She recognized us on the second day and gave us a great start from this point for the whole week, every day!
We'll definitely keep this place in my mind!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, quiet location near Vatican city and metro Ottaviana. Excellent hospitality, very kind and helpful staff. Communication was very good, in English and of course in Italian. I will prefer it again for my stay in Rome! Didn't have the chance to taste the breakfast though.
