★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un residence molto carino e pulito. Appartamenti spaziosi e comodi anche per 4 persone. Un bel terrazzo in un ottima posizione vicino al mare.
A very nice and clean residence. Spacious and comfortable apartments even for 4 people. A nice terrace in a great location near the sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia figlia e le sue amiche hanno soggiornato in questa struttura questa estate. Sono state trattate malissimo per tutto il periodo ed in più sono stati addebitati 50€ sulla carta di credito dopo che avevano lasciato la struttura e controllato tutta la camera con il loro personale senza aver rilevato nessuna anomalia. Motivo: secondo la proprietà avevano trovato un'imperfezione nel frigo in una successiva ispezione. Penso che non ci si debba approffittare così di ragazzini/studenti senza esperienza che, per pagare le loro ferie, fanno sacrifici durante l'anno!

My daughter and her friends stayed at this property this summer. They were treated very badly for the whole period and in addition they were charged € 50 on the credit card after they had left the structure and checked the whole room with their staff without having detected any anomalies. Reason: According to the owner they had found a flaw in the fridge in a later inspection. I think we shouldn't take advantage of inexperienced kids / students who make sacrifices during the year to pay for their holidays!

Rapporto qualità-prezzo voto 10 tutto il resto; pulizia, simpatia, professionalità e appartamento SUPER!!!!! I don't usually leave reviews but my wife convinced me because we stayed in an almost perfect structure. Value for money vote 10 everything else; cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism and SUPER apartment !!!!! Thanks family Tenti and I wish you a good continuation and see you very soon !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho alloggiato al residence con il mio compagno per circa 5 mesi nel periodo invernale e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il residence è tenuto benissimo, la zona è molto bella e a pochi minuti dal mare e i proprietari sono super disponibili e alla mano. Lo consiglierei a chiunque!
I stayed at the residence with my partner for about 5 months in the winter and we had a great time. The residence is very well kept, the area is very nice and just a few minutes from the sea and the owners are super helpful and easy-going. I would recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A horrible situation happened to me on this property. I paid a 975 EUR deposit for Attico New York before the COVID-19 lockdown happened in Italy. Due to the COVID restrictions, I was not able to come. Once I realized there are no options for me to come this year, I asked the property to return the deposit, but they say don't want to do it! I cannot reach any suitable agreement with them. It looks like they stole my 975 EUR. Please be aware of such a situation and be careful sending money to them.
