Yoga Retreat Experience The monastery is a very special place. It is quiet, and despite the summer heat, the old walls keep it comfortable. The yoga program is varied, different styles are taught. The meditation sessions are also very nice. The rooms are nicely furnished and you can still feel the flair from the old days. The food is delicious, only the breakfast could be a bit more balanced (for example more fruit or fruit salad, cereal selection, soy yogurt).The e-mountain bike tour (!) as well as hiking in the nearby national park are highly recommended. If you do a retreat, I think it is recommended to arrive by car to be more flexible and to be able to do something independently between the program points. Davide and everyone else are very dedicated to making sure all guests are happy. It is a unique place and overall highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Just got back from a 1 week yoga retreat in Misano and it was a wonderful experience! I loved the teachers Timi and Kris, they're super professional, caring and helpful. It also felt like being at home with all the girls from the Teacher Training school and all the retreaters. I really hope to have the chance to be there again soon. Totally recommended for any age, genres and yoga level!

I found this school on the web by chance and came to the Misano Adriatico retreat with expectations of a few yoga lessons and a bit of relax. The experience was beyond my wildest expectations. Ah-mazing, fantastic, unforgettable place. Professional, sensitive, respectful teachers and teacher trainees. The organization is excellent. Davide and Timi are the BEST! This was a breath of serenity and beauty that I will always carry with me. The passion for a discipline and lifestyle that was previously just a name was restored in me. Thank you so much! I attended the Yogamea retreat at the monastery in Frontino for 8 days as a solo traveler. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in an opportunity to recharge your mind and body and advance your yoga knowledge and skill. I found the school completely by luck - searching Google for fitness or yoga holidays in Italy. After finding the site, I messaged them on WhatsApp and on email. Davide and Daniella impressed me with their promptness, professionalism, honesty, and clarity in explaining the differences between the beach vs monastery options and what the retreat offers and what it does not. They kept in touch with me throughout my transit (the monastery is a bit remote from any public transit) and ensured a seamless arrival. After arriving, I was immediately enthralled. As a “retreat” guest, you will be there with teachers in training and expert teachers from around the world. Everyone is filled with positivity and enthusiasm for self improvement, and the classes are a steady steam of instruction, adjustments, education, and (often) hearty laughter and emotional support. I learned a lot about yoga and, even more important, about myself from classes, conversations with others, and the opportunity think and read in a beautiful, serene environment. This is not a place to party or feast and drink. It is a place to reset yourself and learn a lot about yoga postures, breathing, meditation, and philosophy. An added bonus: Davide will arrange some amazing mountain biking trips (which I did and loved) and immersive painting (which I didn’t do but others did and enjoyed). This isn’t for everyone - please chat with Davide, Daniella, and Timi to confirm - but if it sounds like something you might enjoy, it will exceed your expectations. I left saying (with all sincerity) that I’m excited for my wife and children to visit themselves too and learn and invigorate themselves as much as I did.

Perfect Yoga retreat for a good price! :) I've been to Yogamea for a short retreat - and it was such a pleasure. Wonderful people, yummy food, a nice room and high-quality yoga. I can recommend this to everyone who wants to have a retreat for a good price. Also i can recommend to book the retreat directly with yogamea over their website :)
