S	Salvatore Bottiglieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati io mia moglie e il mio bimbo alessandro dal 11 al 18 settembre e ci siam trovati benissimo, camera ben pulita con tutti i confort, tutto l' occorrente per il nostro bimbo, bici in uso gratuito ( disponibili anche con sediolino per bimbo ),spiaggia convenzionata a due passi con giochi per bimbi ed anche li i proprietari persone gentilissime, posto auto custodito h24 a pochi passi dal residence. Il residence e gestito dai proprietari con cordialita, disponibilita e cortesia........ Grazie Marzia e Andrea, saremmo di sicuro di nuovo vostri ospiti. Alla prossima da Salvatore, Michela e Alessandro. We have been me, my wife and my baby alexander September 11 to 18 and there we are a great time, very clean room with all the comforts, all the 'needed for our baby, bikes for free use (also available with sediolino per child) , private beach a few steps away with games for children and also the owners very kind people, guarded car park 24h a few steps from the residence. The residence is managed by the owners with cordiality, availability and courtesy ........ Thanks Marzia and Andrea, we would certainly be your guests again. C	Carla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiva: Fantastico! Ubicación muy cerca de la playa en pleno centro, fácil de encontrar. Estacionamiento cómodo, gratis ( 1 cuadra). Habitación limpia, bonita, con balcón y todo lo necesario. Personal extraordinario, muy preocupado en todo. Fuimos a ver Moto Gp, recomendación: se puede ir caminando desde el hotel sin ningún problema o te pueden prestar bicicletas gratis. Estuvo todo fantástico!! Muy felices!!.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo residence a settembre nell'appartamento turchese al piano terra adatto per noi con due bimbi piccoli con spazio esterno... Pulito, bello e fornito di tutto. Vicinissimo al mare convenzionato con beach Bruno anche loro fantastici. Monia è stupenda ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso ed è sempre disponibile per suggerimenti o richieste. Grazie di tutto! R	Razvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The residence is close to the beach and has a private stretch that offers a discount for sunbeds to those staying at the property. There is a private parking with video surveillance and in theory also a guardian. We got a card for the parking entrance for the entire stay. The apartment was clean and had all what we needed. Negative: There was a pretty strong floor cleaner smell in the room, we got used with it in a while. There was no soap in the bathroom in our apartment. Our friends apartment had a Lavazza coffee machine with capsule, we didn't, so we had to go to them for a coffee. I don't know why the difference. When we left, we were asked to pay the city tax. We paid the tax, and then I saw that it is included in the room price, according to booking. So I don't know if the mistake is done by booking.com, or by Perla..

Our apartment was spacious and well equipped with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, plates, pots etc. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and there were 2 spacious balconies. We were given a card to access a barrier controlled car park which was just a few minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we had a wonderful holiday here. We preferred it to the two hotels we had stayed at in previous years. We would return without hesitation..
