M	Manuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Simone ho lasciato un pezzo di cuore. Anche se ci sono stato solo due volte, considero ancora l'appartamento 4 e 7 casa mia. Era tutto organizzato alla perfezione, ricordo il Balcone che dava sulla Via Dante, la comodità del parcheggio privato, la gentilezza e la cortesia di Simone. L'unica cosa negativa è stata dover far le valigie. I left a piece of heart with Simone. Even though I've only been there twice, I still consider apartment 4 and 7 my home. Everything was perfectly organized, I remember the Balcony which overlooked Via Dante, the convenience of private parking, the kindness and courtesy of Simone. The only bad thing was having to pack.

Inoltre è insonorizzato molto bene. Sembra di essere a casa. Simone, il proprietario disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento per due settimane e siamo stati veramente bene! Grazie Simone per l'accoglienza. spacious, clean apartment, complete with everything ... even with a covered garage, the doors all open with a magnetic card, including the gate, so I felt very quiet. It is also very well soundproofed. It feels like home. Simone, the helpful and friendly owner. We stayed in the apartment for two weeks and we really enjoyed it! Thanks Simone for the welcome.

Tra i vari servizi offerti ci sono aria condizionata, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Queste ultime (sono 4 in effetti) sono a disposizione degli ospiti ed utilizzabili secondo fasce orarie dedicate per ogni appartamento. Una soluzione semplice e veramente efficace che evita spiacevoli "inconvenienti". Da segnalare la pulizia, veramente incontestabile, e l'ottima automazione di tutti i servizi. Niente chiavi ma una comodissima tessera elettronica per tutto. Altra nota positiva la posizione centrale e la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Complimenti anche a Simone per la cordialità e l'ottima gestione. First experience here after several years in Cattolica. Very comfortable apartment equipped with all comforts. Among the various services offered there are air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. The latter (there are actually 4) are available to guests and can be used according to dedicated time slots for each apartment. A simple and truly effective solution that avoids unpleasant "inconveniences". Of note is the cleanliness, truly indisputable, and the excellent automation of all services. No keys but a very convenient electronic card for everything. Another positive note is the central location and proximity to the beach. Congratulations also to Simone for his friendliness and excellent management.

Abbiamo alloggiato nel appartamento numero 4 che erra pulitissimo e molto attrezzatao con tutto quello che serve. Siguramente torneremo! We stayed a week in August. What can I say and that the owner is very nice and always available for anything you need. We stayed in apartment number 4 which is spotless and very well equipped with everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Gentile simpatico anche il papà di Simone ,insieme ti fanno sentire ...da amici! Appartamenti confortevoli e puliti. Consigliato sicuramente!!!! Ti viene voglia di ritornarci subito,anche con la pioggia!! Also this year the vacation by Simone owner of the Alice apartments is over! ?? We found ourselves very well like last year ..... !! E	Elisabetta Orni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nell'inverno 2017 ci ho trascorso alcuni mesi, mi sono trovata molto bene. Quando sono entrata ho trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo. È ben riscaldato con i termosifoni anzichè con il condizionatore, come vari alloggi della zona. Non è umido, è confortevole e dotato di tutte le utilitá. Vista la stagione anche il garage è stato per me molto utile. Simone è gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Se dovrò tornare lo sceglierò di nuovo. In winter 2017 I spent a few months there, I found myself very well. When I entered I found the apartment spotlessly clean. It is well heated with radiators instead of with air conditioner, like various accommodations in the area. It is not damp, it is comfortable and equipped with all the utilities. Given the season, the garage was also very useful for me. Simone is very kind and always very helpful. If I have to go back I will choose it again.

L'appartamento è dotato di microonde, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata (a pagamento) un piccolo balcone con stendino. La lavatrice è in condivisione con turni già pre stabiliti, a pagamento c'è anche l'asciugatrice. Simone, il proprietario, è sempre presente e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolissimo problema alla doccia e dopo poche ore era già sistemato. Nella cucina è presente l'essenziale di stoviglie, consiglio di portarsi delle pentole antiaderenti. Posizione ottima e tranquilla. We stayed in two-room apartment No. 7. Really nice apartment, everything was spotless on arrival. The apartment is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning (for a fee) a small balcony with drying rack. The washing machine is shared with pre-established shifts, there is also a dryer for a fee. Simone, the owner, is always present and available. We had a very small problem with the shower and after a few hours it was already fixed. In the kitchen there is the essential of dishes, I recommend that you bring non-stick pans. Great and quiet location.

Bilocale ben tenuto, funzionale, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno ad hoc. Parcheggio privato sotterraneo con ascensore una vera comodità! Posizione strategica sia per raggiungere sia la spiaggia, il.supermercato che la via pedonale con bar e negozi! Simone il proprietario, persona presente , disponibile e soprattutto che rappresenta la Romagna con tutta la sua gentilezza e simpatia!!! A presto!
