Dopo circa un mese dal mio bonifico, ancora non era stata immatricolata in Italia e effettuato il regolare passaggio di proprietà, ANTICIPATAMENTE PAGATO. A fine luglio mi chiama Alessandro, che ha seguito la mio acquisto, dicendomi che purtroppo l'agenzia con la quale collaborano non faceva in tempo a sbrigare la mia pratica prima delle ferie estive e quindi, se volevo, potevo andare comunque a ritirare la macchina e i primi di settembre mi avrebbero consegnato i documenti. Il 1° Agosto ho ritirato la macchina, mi hanno fatto firmare un FINTO CONTRATTO DI LEASING, con quello che loro sostengono sia il fornitore tedesco della loro società. A fine ottobre sono tornata nel loro show room e si è palesato a me quello che sosteneva essere il proprietario, il quale mi assicura che in 10gg sarebbero arrivati i miei documenti. MAI ARRIVATI. Ho sporto regolare denuncia presso i carabinieri. Dopo 8 mesi ancora non sono stati in grado di consegnarmi i documenti e mi ritrovo ancora con una macchina targata Germania e un FINTO CONTRATTO DI LEASING. State alla larga da questi TRUFFATORI. VERGOGNATEVI. Sono costretta da Google a mettere 1 stella, pure troppo! At the end of June 2019, I purchased a German imported Smart forTwo from these scammers. After about a month from my bank transfer, it had not yet been registered in Italy and made the regular change of ownership, ADVANCED PAID. At the end of July Alessandro calls me, who followed my purchase, telling me that unfortunately the agency with which they collaborate was not in time to hurry my practice before the summer holidays and therefore, if I wanted, I could still go to pick up the car and in early September they would have given me the documents. On August 1st I picked up the car, they made me sign a FAKE LEASING CONTRACT, with what they claim is the German supplier of their company. At the end of October, I went back to their show room and what the owner claimed was revealed to me, who assured me that my documents would arrive in 10 days. NEVER ARRIVED. I have filed a regular complaint with the carabinieri. After 8 months they still have not been able to deliver the documents to me and I still find myself with a German car and a FAKE LEASING CONTRACT. Stay away from these scammers. SHAME ON YOU. I am forced by Google to put 1 star, too much!

Completamento delle pratiche molto veloce, 5 giorni tra finanziamento e ritiro vettura. Che dire, molto soddisfatta dell' acquisto e nonostante abbia acquistato una vettura di costo notevolmente inferiore alle altre che avevano in concessionaria, il personale è stato tutto gentile e cortese, cose che ad oggi non sono per niente scontate. I purchased from them a Fiat 500X that I had seen in Autoscout 24, I was offered a loan with a great rate and included with the monthly payment I also have the insurance policy for 5 years, in addition to this 2-year car warranty with roadside assistance included.
