I was completely inexperienced with e-bikes, even in the mountains. Our guide Marcel took my fear away very quickly and showed me a few tricks how to do it. I had a lot of fun?

Die Beratung vor Ort super freundlich und professionell. Die Räder in 1a-Zustand (beides Räder von KTM).
So wurde es ein genialer Trip durch eine herrliche Gegend.

We borrowed 2 e-mountain bikes for a trip to the Altfasstal. The communication in advance was excellent - thanks to the WhatsApp offer from the website.
The on-site advice was super friendly and professional. The bikes in excellent condition (both bikes from KTM).
So it turned out to be a great trip through a wonderful area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut top! Super freundliches und kompetentes Team - wir wurden sehr gut beraten und haben tolle Ski bekommen, mit denen wir die ganze Woche ohne Probleme sehr viel Spaß hatten. Eigentlich 6/5 Sternen, da wir nichts auszusetzen haben und es zum Abschluss sogar noch einen kleinen Schnaps gab. Immer wieder gerne!
Absolutely great! Super friendly and competent team - we were given very good advice and got great skis, with which we had a lot of fun the whole week without any problems. Actually 6/5 stars, because we have nothing to complain about and there was even a small schnapps at the end. Always my pleasure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider gibt es keine Null-Sterne-Bewertung. In diesem Laden läuft nämlich so ziemlich alles falsch.
Die Bindung unserer Tochter wurde mit falscher Sohlenlänge eingestellt. Als wir uns darüber beschwerten, war die Antwort, das könne gar nicht sein.
Die Bindung unseres Sohnes hat sich während der Fahrt verstellt, so dass der Schuh nicht mehr eingeklickt werden konnte und er die Piste hinunterlaufen musste. Im Geschäft wurde uns vom Chef (?) erklärt, dass wir die Bindung aus Versehen verstellt hätten, er könne nichts dafür. Uns wurden keine anderen Ski angeboten und es kam auch keine Entschuldigung. Am nächsten Tag passierte das Gleiche mehrfach erneut. Da wir an dem Tag in einem anderen Skigebiet gefahren sind, haben wir die Bindung selbst zurückgestellt. Abends sagte der Chef (?), dass er es nicht glaube, dass die Bindung sich verstellt hätte. Der Kommentar eines anderen Mitarbeiters war, wir sollen uns nicht aufregen, es sei ja nichts passiert.
Fazit: NIE WIEDER!!!
Unfortunately there is no zero star rating. Pretty much everything is wrong in this store.
Our daughter's binding was adjusted with the wrong sole length. When we complained about it, the answer was that it couldn't be.
Our son's binding shifted while riding, so the boot could no longer be clicked in and he had to walk down the slope. In the shop, the boss (?) explained to us that we had accidentally adjusted the binding and that it was not his fault. We weren't offered any other skis and no apologies. The next day the same thing happened again several times. Since we skied in a different ski area that day, we reset the bindings ourselves. In the evening the boss (?) said that he didn't believe the binding had shifted. Another employee commented that we shouldn't get upset, nothing had happened.
Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!!!

I think here offer a fair price and manage in a family manner. My ski shoes are fine for the last 6 days, only helmet I have rented somewhere better.
The staff is helpful, friendly and fluent in many languages.
PS. it is very convenient to come back and fix minor thing of your goods.
