The persons there were really nice. The rental and return was smooth and easy.
The equipment is a bit old and seems very used. Maybe because they wash it after each rental...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Location is excellent right across from bus station, ticket office, and tram. Super service. Fair price for demo level equipment. Offered to open early so we could pick up equipment early to catch first tram on a 2 foot dump Xmas week. Coffee right next door. Thanks again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While touring through Europe with a friend, my friend’s bicycle developed a fault. The mechanic was obviously busy but was happy to give us tools and instructions on how to fix the problem and helped when needed, too. Not only that, he offered us a bike stand and cleaning materials to degrease our drivetrains. All this for no charge.
We couldn’t have been happier with the level of service and the kindness. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to have a bicycle repaired or to hire a bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful staff — one member helped me plan both a long and varied solo e bike trip, and a solo ascent of the sci club 18 via ferrata. They were incredibly patient and helpful, and even gave me my harness the night before so I could start my ascent early the next day, but only charged me for a day rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summer review: A great range of bikes including 'top' Cannondale E Bike with full suspension. My brother and I rented bikes from here during our stay in Cortina.
We rented the bikes for all day, from opening at 0830 and returned them later before close at 1900. All the staff were very helpful in reccomending riding trails and routes for all abilities, though he dolomites is not world leading when it comes to 'enduro' style riding. The bikes themselves had good tyres, namely shwalbe Nobby Nics and dropper posts which made them great to use and confidence inspiring, despite having never ridden the bike before. All in all, I think these are the best rental E-bikes in Cortina. Find attached photos of my mum and dad even enjoying a gentle ride on them!
