★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Snowboardschuhe und Snowboard geliehen, sehr altes Material. Zweimal riesen die Schuhbänder, sodass ich nicht an meinem Kurs teilnehmen konnte. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, kein Ersatzmaterial und kein Geld zurück!! KATASTROPHE!!!
Have snowboard boots and snowboard borrowed, very old material. The shoelaces went up twice, so I could not attend my class. There was no apology, no substitute and no money back !! CATASTROPHE!!!

Dopo quasi 2 ORE di attesa (davanti avevo 10 persone, non di più) arriva il mio turno. Bene. Senza chiedermi niente di più se non il mio numero di piede il proprietario mi va a prendere un paio di scarponi (demoliti). Io lo guardo con aria un po’ incerta ma va bene..
Fatto ciò torna a servire altri clienti e aspetto altri 20 minuti seduto. Va bene. Torna finalmente il mio turno e, sempre senza chiedermi nulla, va a prendermi una tavola da snow completamente distrutta, con tanto di buco sotto, segnalandomi che gli allacci spesso si staccavano e andavano riagganciati, e che gli attacchi alla base andavano stretti con il cacciavite ogni 2-3 discese. A quel punto, sconcertato, gli comunico la mia intenzione di non noleggiare. State lontani da questo posto!
Can you give less than one star?
After almost 2 HOURS of waiting (in front of I had 10 people, no more) my turn comes. Good. Without asking me anything more than my foot number, the owner fetches me a pair of (demolished) boots. I look at him with a bit of uncertainty but that's okay ..
Once this is done, he goes back to serving other customers and I wait another 20 minutes seated. All right. Finally my turn is back and, again without asking me anything, he goes to get me a completely destroyed snowboard, complete with a hole underneath, signaling me that the connections often came off and had to be hung up, and that the connections at the base were tightened with a screwdriver every 2-3 runs. At that point, bewildered, I inform him of my intention not to rent. Stay away from this place!
